Important Letter to
Continental CDP

Coordinator:
GREETINGS to you and
all our compatriots in CDP -- my how we
Praise The Lord for each one of you! And, how we
revel in the progress that your group
is experiencing. Remember, we need information from
you: Reports of any funding provided, funding you
are getting from your local area, progress in
numbers of VEs in training and also the number of
VEs in ministry. Also, PLEASE send us regular
testimonies of VEs and Villagers in the ministry. We
are also interested to know just how the 3-to-1
on-the-job training is working for your group!
With your amazing
progress, we need fairly regular inputs from each of
you related to your progress, problems,
local expenses support, and funds received from us
-- acknowledging what they were for and how
expended. Receipts are best, but at least notation
of how funds and/or equipment is used is important.
` This accountability is
getting more and more important as we seek added
donors -- for, in general they want to see
ACCOUNTABILITY. How their funds are being
used! In general, they are excited about the CDP
process, but too, are sticklers for accountability.
We hope to soon have a
"REPORT" TEMPLATE, on the WEBSITE: me-intl, that
will allow you to send us your reports fairly
easily (fill in the boxes and activate the "send"
button).-- but, if e-mail is not readily available
or is too costly, please send the information by
regular air-mail. It is extremely important that we
hear from you and get your updates on a quarterly
basis wherever possible. This form on the
WEBSITE will also send a message to visitors to our
sight that we hold accountability to be important.
Also, please let us know your
e-mail status -- are you on-line with your
own computer system, or do you have to go
to Internet Cafes? How much does basic e-mail and
WEB access cost there.-- how much at the Internet
Cafe? How far do you have to travel to get to/from
the Internet Cafe?
