Dear OUTREACHER:
QUICK -- GO FOR IT -- THEY NEED YOU!! CAN'T MOVE TOO FAST.
Just last week (seems so!) we celebrated New Year 2000.
Did you ever see a year go like this one has? I certainly have not! --
Shhwwooooosh! -------- 2001
Yet -- on that very time base -- we must operate -- seek to reach-out -- to
enable our ministry partners effectively.
How can we contend with TIME flying by when we can't keep pace with the
needed Village Evangelists -- really -- how can we? Only in HIM!
The year 2001 ADOPTERS
Actually -- we need ADOPTERS! -- of course you have
never heard that
before. But it is all too true -- WE NEED ADOPTERS. For $360.00 for the year
2001, your VE will regularly reach out regularly to about 10,000 villagers
(remember, about 6,000 of these are children that are getting opportunities
to hear about Jesus). Often as not it is the child that reaches the
parents
- brings dad to Jesus -- and why not, Jesus said, "a child shall lead
them"!
Isn't that GREAT!
Perhaps you still prefer a monthly challenge -- Your VE
can be funded on
a monthly basis -- at $30.00 a month he can continue to reach out to his
villagers -- regularly leading many to the Lord -- many desiring to follow
our Lord in Baptism as a personal testimony to the reality that has happened
in their heart of hearts.
Monthly or yearly -- we rejoice in your caring and
sharing. -- and please
remember, all our local staff and board members are fully volunteers
-- they
really care and share in time, talent, and tithe.
We want to mentioned one of our dear friends that for
years has been an
active care and share OUTREACHER with us -- she is 'rapidly' approaching 100
years old -- regularly sends in her $360.00/year for her VE. She wants
to be
sure that her VE is covered for the whole year!! PTL indeed. Oh
for more

Have you been meaning to adopt a VE and just haven't
gotten around to it?
-- PLEASE DO IT NOW! -- if possible adopt for a year ($360.00) allowing our
team to better plan and meet the contingencies that always arise.
Those of you that are already ADOPTERS -- hey, keep up
the 'good work' --
you will never know this side of His glory the immense impact and blessings
that you and your help have been and will be.
Don't forget -- every VE and every adopter counts -- yes,
each is enabled
to reach-out to 10,000 villagers. Who will go for them -- how shall they
preach except they be sent? Oh what a privilege is ours to have a part
in
reaching out to these dear folks -- even though they are not in 'easy'
places
-- are in outlying areas -- nearly impossible to reach -- and nobody
seems
to care.
Yes, each VE counts -- one by one, two by two -- or by
fifteen, as one of
our couples in Oregon "do it"! Just think of their blessings
-- when they
stand before Jesus and hear His "Well done" --" you were
faithful to help
reach out to 150,000 for my namesake". PTL indeed! -- how
many of that
great crowd have come to Him -- nobody knows except Jesus -- but for sure
"God gives the increase" -- and, as His word goes forth, it never
comes back
void! Yeah, Team-Oregon!
Doesn't that make you want to jump and praise -- leap for
joy? -- yes,
and hopefully will cause many of us to rededicate ourselves to the task at
hand -- TO HELP THEM DO IT!!
Hey, bottom line, villagers are trained at a cost of
$175.00 each to
minister using cassette messages for both training and then continue
reaching
out to their peers at a low, low cost of #30.00 per month including $10.00
for their general support and supervision. Remember, that is only 3.6 Cents
per year per villager! WOW -- what a bargain -- effectively reaching
out to
10,000 villagers.

REMEMBER THE DADS THAT BECOME REAL DADS -- STABILIZE FAMILIES
REMEMBER OUR VILLAGE EVANGELISTS -- 130 MINISTERING
REMEMBER -- 800,000,000 VILLAGERS IN INDIA.
REMEMBER -- THEY HAVE SO LITTLE -- WE HAVE SO MUCH
REMEMBER -- TO HIM THAT IS GIVEN MUCH -- MUCH IS EXPECTED
REMEMBER -- IT IS MORE BLESSED TO GIVE THAN TO RECEIVE
REMEMBER -- "LAY UP FOR YOURSELF TREASURES IN HEAVEN"
REMEMBER -- BOTTOM LINE -- NOTHING (NOTHING) COMES CLOSE TO
BEING AS IMPORTANT AS A SOUL --" FOR WHAT DOES IT PROFIT A MAN IF HE
GAINS THE WHOLE WORLD AND LOSES HIS SOUL". -- AND WE ARE 'STARING' AT 800,000,000 PRECIOUS SOULS THERE!
REMEMBER -- OUR FATHER GOD REALLY CARES -- HAS ASKED US TO SHARE

REMEMBER -- 2001 WILL RIP RIGHT BY US JUST LIKE 2000 DID -- NOW
IS THE DAY OF SALVATION -- NOW IS THE TIME TO ACT
We can empathize with Paul the Apostle -- even weep when
we see such
little response to the needs in India. Oh how can we reach them? -- simple
--
just the way our Father God told us to when we beseeched Him along this line
15 years ago. He gave us the Cassette Discipleship Program vision -- clearly
showing that it was a key way to reach those multitudes. This we have
done
-- and the process is working most effectively.
As the Holy Spirit led then, showed us clearly "how
to reach them" -- we
know that He is going to touch hearts to under-gird this great process.
If He is speaking to you, "DO IT" -- for you
may grow from a single VE (a
trickle), encouraging others (becoming a stream), which continues to
replicate (to a mighty torrent). Yes, -- as the Holy Spirit quickens, we
will
see the process and ministry grow and bless the multitudes there in India.
Ghana, Africa
Also, it is happening in Ghana, Africa -- they are
gearing up to fully
implement a Cassette Discipleship Program patterned after that in India --
being encouraged and helped via the Internet and our WEBSITE (me-intl.org).
PTL for this synergistic blessing -- may it be repeated many fold in other
village oriented nations.
Earthquakes
We promised you an update on the Quake-Rate -- and here
it is: The year
2000 AD has taken us to a new high, essentially as we had projected.
There
have never been as many quakes as we have had this year (quakes at least
Richter 6.0 in magnitude). Last year (1999 AD) we had 48, which was a
new
maximum -- but this year (2000 AD) has exceeded that by about 15%. --
actually this falls right on the curve as you can see here. And, it is
quite
likely that we will see that upward trend continue as it has in several
cycles in the past. Time will tell.
So what! -- good question. Don't really know,
but Jesus said "
earthquakes in diverse places would precede or pace the End-Time
events".
So, knowing that our Father God is in charge -- we can assume that His
prophesies will come to pass and are very meaningful to us.
Personally I expect to see some very significant things
happening in
Israel -- you think it is happening? -- you ain't seen nothin' yet!
Imagine,
Israel becoming the most powerful nation on earth -- Israel in full bloom
'under the law and sacrifices' -- Israel's King David orchestrating the
End-Time scenario pointing to the return of Messiah (Jesus) in power and
GREAT GLORY. WOW!!
The CHURCH as the Body of Christ being Raptured -- True
ISRAEL as the
Bride of Christ later being joined with Christ (including the CHURCH) -- WOW
indeed!!
Remember to study: it all starts with Israel
getting the southern part
of Lebanon -- dividing the land -- starting the Passover -- repeating the
'Passover' -- Israel's Prince starting the Daily Sacrifice -- someone
(probably Anti-Christ) ordering the Daily Sacrifice taken away -- 1290 days
later the Abomination of Desolation is set up and the Tribulation starts --
45 days later the Tribulation ends and immediately the Rapture of the CHURCH
takes place and on earth the Wrath of God starts -- about 1290 days
later
the 70th Week of Daniel ends with the Return of the Lord Jesus Christ
(Messiah) to the earth and God's millennium starts (following the 6
millennia' of man). This is all scripturally sound: Matthew 24, Daniel
12,
Ezekiel 45 and Ezekiel 37 for starters. "Study to show yourself
approved of
God -- a workman that needs not to be ashamed -- rightly dividing the Word
of
Truth". II Timothy 2:15
