Dear Outreacher:   

 We continue to PRAISE our LORD for HIS leading, HIS empowering, HIS providing for the miraculous growth of the Cassette Discipleship Program (CDP) – it is truly miraculous – truly amazing. Indeed, in this process HE has reached into many a life and quickened them and us in wondrous ways.

Since it is all about HIM dealing with them and us – it is, no wonder that HE wants to see us tightening our reigns and encouraging them and us in every way possible. To do this most effectively, we are planning to host a Convocation wherein our key leaders from all around the World will be brought here to work, learn, Praise, and fellowship together. We believe this will strengthen our bonds of love and concern as well as significantly increase our desire for the NATIONS. The following is a first cut expression of the Convocation as we see it developing today:

· Help us enjoy and embrace our e-mail brothers and sisters –

· Facilitate PRAISE for our Lord together “as one” -

· To meet in several areas, churches, USCWM, etc., over a period of 10 days -- seeking hosts to help with transportation and facilities for communal eating and fellowship.

What is CDP?:
CDP is totally a grass root volunteer process – villager reaching out to villager -- we and they – keyed around our “How to do CDP” WEBSITE: me-intl.org. We currently (November 2005) have over 145 countries dedicated to reach all their own villagers with the Gospel by the end of the year 2010 AD.

With the Cassette Discipleship Program (CDP) well underway Worldwide, after a 20 year development and ‘prototype” period in India – it also got off to a running start in 2001 in Ghana, Africa and expanded to all of Africa and the world's village/rural oriented countries by the end of 2004 AD. All CDP leadership is tried and proven – dedicated.

These 145 counties and significant regions (as China has 124 Regions for their 700 million rural people) are managed via eight (8) continental leaders. These leaders, steering committees and related countries/regions are autonomous, although are challenged for progress per instructions from our WEBSITE, if they are to receive equipment support as the Lord provides.


In general, the national leadership and Village Evangelists (VEs) are thrilled to be EMPOWERED to do the job and grateful for our ENABLING with equipment and other Technical support as they progress in the program and the Lord supplies.


To date, we have over 1200 VEs ministering in India, Ghana, Africa/Cameroon, China, Asia/Indochina, Europe/Belgium, Russia, and South America/Brazil. Note: there are three times this number doing “on the job”
training, -- will be ready for ministry in 2006 AD as the Lord provides ‘equipment’ funds. Actually, typically, about half of these will minister effectively even before they get the cassette players and bikes.


It is our strategy and planning to move ahead with the “three to one” growth rate per year, as long as the Lord allows and provides.


Note that there are about 3-Billion ‘villagers’ – those located far from cities – the LOST, the FORGOTTEN, the IGNORD. These are only reachable by the Nationals due to many situations that missionaries can’t handle. The CDP process is geared to reach all these villagers on a timely basis by the end of 2010 AD as the Lord continues to challenge the nationals and provide the needed ‘equipments’.


Our challenge for 2006 AD period is to equip about 4,000 new VEs – each needing about $200.00 worth of equipment and technical support. – a total of about $800,000.00.


AND SO IT GROWS – MIRACULOUSLY REACHING OUT TO THE LOST VILLGERS – YES, THOSE IGNORED AND FORGOTTEN OF THE NATIONS THAT MUST BE TOLD! See Matthew 24:14.


HIS FUNDS

Our main task now is to take funds HE provides and send them appropriately when a country has fulfilled its required activities from our WEBSITE – allowing us to then provide their needs as the Lord has provided to us (some of you have been faithful to help move these programs ahead full speed .over the years) – you too should also be most blessed as you see the great progress being made.

So far this year we have had funds enough to initiate mini-Outposts (2 VEs per Outpost instead of 20 as per a full Outpost) in all countries participating into the first three quarters of 2005 AD.

This represents a paradigm change for the time being, allowing the vast resources of Gospel Recordings cassette libraries (over 5700 languages) to be early placed in ministry, even while the WEBSITE: me-intl.org dialog messages are being prepared. It is interesting that the following digital processing via the Internet can allow the same MegaVoice Ambassador to be re-programmed as we desire in the future via File Transfer Protocol (FTP) to/from the various ministry fields and MegaVoice. This is truly a marvel of technology that the Lord has made available to us that all might hear.

This brings to mind our “Theme Scripture” – Romans 10: 13-15 -- this says:

“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

“How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?

“And how shall they preach, except they be sent? As it is written, How beautiful are the feet (is the pathway) of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!”

Yes, HOW? – HOW ELSE? -- apparently no other way – we must take the Gospel of light and life to them! Yes, that is CDP – EMPOWERING them to reach out, ENABLING them with ‘equipment’ as applicable.

We are starting to get information from some of or more advanced Outposts – particularly Ghana, Africa reports over 25,000 have accepted Jesus from their activities this last year and a half. They have also started 15 churches which are flourishing – typically, having some 300 attendees in each.

Prayer Requests – as you go to His Throne of Grace: --

1. Remember each of our “Continental” leaders and steering committees. – volunteers for Him, keeping their hearts pure and focused.

2. Take all Supervisors and Village Evangelists carefully to Him. – They too need His empowering to stay focused for HIM.

3. For wisdom as we prepare to implement the mighty Ambassador unit into our Worldwide network. There are key Internet interfaces to be bridged.

4. His direction and empowering for needed insights for CDP Convocation 2006 Planning.

5. For His leading of future funding sources to us – only His timing and His funding desired.

6. That we might all be mindful of His will and way, for it is all about Him, NOT us!

7. That we might always be obedient to our Lord Jesus Christ – especially in proclaiming His salvation to the NATIONS.
