Dear Outreacher: See the OPPORTUNITIES to ENABLE following the Testimonies 2004 REVIEW ------- As we review the events of 2004 – over 110 countries and 300+ languages have dedicated leadership in the Cassette Discipleship Program (CDP) process. We truly rejoice as we have seen amazing progress of almost all of the countries. Yes, most have completed their translation of the CDP scripts from the WEBSITE: me-intl.org, many have also completed the Master Recording. CDP-India In retrospect, we also see the amazing and comprehensive job that Dr. Jebasingh and CDP-India team did in configuring the 4-way dialog scripts, -- the very heart of the CDP process. The widespread acceptance by all CDP counties clearly attests to their anointing by our Father-God. PTL indeed! Pray especially for India – they and China have the largest CDP challenges of all.. World-Wide Requirements Realism settles over the CDP World-Wide, noting that 4-3/4 years remain of the 6-year completion time – yes, just over nine (9) growth periods remain to the 2010 AD completion date. Yet, there is time to reach all the villagers IF we are able to match the nationals VE-growth capability with equipment and technical assistance. It is a huge undertaking – only our Father-God can meet these needs! Optimistic Optimism remains high and early testimonies continue to arrive from some of the more advanced countries (see TESTIMONIES later). Why not be optimistic? – We have a GREAT GOD who has directed and led in all aspects of the CDP process in most amazing ways. Do you think for a minute that He will not complete His outreach to the Nations as He plans? – No way – HE WILL DO IT!!! Waiting on the Lord Therefore, we “Wait on the Lord” – for His provision to make the CDP overall system run most effectively World-Wide. – Soon, He will “do it”! Each Language Group Keep in mind that each language group needs to establish an early Outpost of 20 VEs – allowing multiplied growth to start per language. This is possible via on-the-job training of three candidate VEs for each active VE, for each growth period (6-months). Of course, this places us in the opportune position to enable them with $4,000.00 worth of equipment per Outpost. These funds are amortized to provide: the VEs with cassette players and bikes, funds for replacement equipment, and funds with three other Outposts for the needed Media Center suite of equipment. Growth to complete With all CDP countries moving forward through translation, Master Recording, and training of VEs, they are all “coming of age” – ready for their first (Tier 1) Outpost of 20 VEs – with plans for growth every 6-month growth period to Tier 2, Tier 3 and so forth. In this way they will be able to meet their total VE complement so as to reach out to all of their villager population. Coordinated Growth Funding So, in effect, this is a “Manhattan Project” for Missions – seeking coordinated growth funding -- to match the very dramatic National progress and Outreach already in place and working.. A Typical Tier structure to allow 50 Million Villagers to be reached! To reach out to 50 Million villagers you need 256 Outposts with 5,120 VEs with equipment costing about $1.32 Million. Tier Growth occurs at 6-month intervals, as:
Note: On the average, the total cost to reach all the Nations villagers is approximately 60 times the above CUM cost, or about $82.5 Million to reach about 3 Billion Villagers. Note that this is Less than 3-Cents per villager (once only). The WEBSITE: me-intl.org In the WEBSITE we have a plenum of information and a universal approach which helps to scope out both the national’s needs for VEs’, training, equipments and Media Centers, as well as related technical funding needs. The Media centers provide facilities for training VEs, communications and revenue opportunities to help sustain the VEs’ Outreach capabilities. Typical Testimonies from CDP-Fields From: CDP-Gabon, Africa TOTAL BREAKTHROUGH This man and family were invited to our crusade in this village – they latter became members of the Church. He confessed to us the loss of all his belongings – his job, the commercial bus he had was also involved in an accident – things had been going wrong ever since. We thank God, for He is a wonderful God. We asked the man to come for prayer on October 1st and during prayer He was delivered with members of his family. Since that October 1st God has performed miracles and they have had a total breakthrough in all areas of their lives. Praise the Lord. From: CDP-Chad, Africa GOD HEALS THEIR SON This sister met us in the church one day – asking our help. For ten years the son was afflicted wit a terrible decease. The she and her husband had taken him to so many hospitals and were gathering money to take him for a surgical operation. We asked her to bring the son on October 1st to our prayer meeting. – we are grateful to God that after the prayer the disease vanished. Praise the Lord! From: CDP-Benin Republic DELIVERED FROM PARALYSIS A young man , among the first people to give their life to Christ, kept on complaining of a terrible pain in the lower region of his body – it nearly paralyzed him at times. After prayer on October 1st he received divine healing. Now he can walk and jump without pain or difficulties. Praise the Lord! From: CDP-South Africa SPIRIT OF HELL AND DEATH DEFEATED A Sister came tp us crying for help – she was so afraid. Sometime ago she was invited to a “White Garment Church” (a cult, very active in the Western and Central African countries) – she was given a perfume to use. She didn’t know the implications and was using it. She started dreaming and seeing herself in the cemetery. As she came to us, she gave her life to Christ and surrendered the perfume for us to destroy. On September 1st as we were praying, it was revealed that, with the use of the perfume, she had fixed the date of her death to November 8th. On October 1st, we prayed about it and to the Glory of God, it has lost its grip upon her life – because now in December 2004 she is alive. Praise the Lord. From: CDP-Mali, Africa DELIVERED FROM DEMONIC HEALTH INHERITANCE Since we started the CDP Church here, God has been working in the life of our members. One of our sisters was healed of a truly demonic high blood pressure that runs in her family. Everyone in her family has it, but we prayed with her about it and to the Glory of God it has lost its grip upon her life. Praise the Lord. From: Zimbabwe, Africa THE ANOINTING DESTROY THE YOKE A sister 74 years old, gave her life to Christ in our village and started encouraging many to follow the God of the Bible that she is worshipping since the last month’s prayer time. She confessed that many things had changed in her life Many pains she normally felt had disappeared and after prayer that day, on getting home she laid her hand on her sister, who is as old as she, and her pain disappeared also. They were healed from sickness and disease – she thanks God for these healing miracles. Praise God From: Congo Democratic, Africa HE RECEIVED TOTAL DELIVERANCE Before coming to our CDP Church, his left eye was partially blind and his reaction was weak. This was taking him to many places and a lot of money had been spent. On November 1st, as we prayed together, he received total deliverance, now he can see and perform properly. Praise God. From: Cameroon, Africa DELIVERED FROM A MARINE SPIRIT We came to this village in August (2004) and started evangelizing on the 15th after two weeks of prayer and fasting, as directed by our coordinator. One sister, among the first people to join with us in our first meeting, later gave her life to Christ with her family. In October, she confessed that in a dream she was giving commands to some people under the water, but before that, during our October 1st prayer, a revelation came that someone present was under the influence of a marine spirit and that person should pray. So, she decided to come for deliverance on November 1st and Praise God for setting her free from that marine spirit. Yes, Praise the Lord. From: Central Africa DELIVERED FROM STRONG MAN This man of 62 years is childless and lives alone. Awe preached the Gospel of Christ to him, which he gladly received. He tells us that he knows Christ will give him the grace to live eternally with Him in His kingdom. Last November, as the coordinator send us the testimonies of what is happening in other countries, we read it to our members to encourage them to pray with us on October 1st. Our friend decided to come for prayer and deliverance. We started praying around 9 AM and by 1 PM he shouted t hat he saw an Albino coming out of him. During praise, the spirit wife that has been harassing his life and hindering him from marriage and having children came out of him. He sat down weeping – and after some time he asked us, “why did we come so late to the village”? He is now free and we are praying that God will give him a wife. Praise the Lord. Note
that these testimonies of healings and deliverances are at their core
levels of life – it is doubtful that we or any other foreign missionary
could understand their plight and reach them. But, the VEs speak their
language and feel their problems – and are able to point them to Jesus.
We are blessed to have the opportunity to EMPOWER the NATIONALS to “do
it” -- And they are to the best of their ability..
