Dear Outreacher:   

As we have SHOUTED before -- we are in an extraordinary growth situation --and expanding daily. Praise the Lord indeed!

It had been our privilege to see Mongolia added to our CDP family -- where CDP-Indonesia as our ASIAN "Continent" leaders had notified us of Mongolia’s being added to their coordination group (which, by the way, also includes most of the Thailand/Cambodia ‘peninsula’, as well as Australia and New Zealand.

With the availability of Gospel Recording’s vast library of cassettes in over 5700 of the World’s languages, we have initiated a "jump start" in all of our country/language groups by providing each with two (2) cassette players -- thereby starting a Mini-Outpost in each, where now it will be important to allow them to grow into a full sized Outpost of 20 VEs each as soon as possible. This is a GOOD start -- putting us ahead of schedule for them to multiply from this Tier 1 level to Tier 2 (4 Outposts for a total of 80 VEs)  Before this time next year!

How will we fund this incredible growth? Obviously WE won’t/can’t -- but our God will! It is right in His "lap" to do it -- He started and multiplied it, so we know He will "do it". -- He will see it grow to the level that He wants it to grow to -- for He wants all the Nations to hear the Gospel. See:

(Mat 24:14) "And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come."

Also, with the advent of the Ambassador Unit (the MegaVoice digital player), we have initiated the following programs to allow them to be accommodated into our network of growing Village Evangelists as quickly and smoothly as possible:

1) A Prototype test case in Cameroon, with minimum lengths of content in each of our thirty some categories to be on our Ambassador unit. Pray for clear understanding and ability to handle the complexities of these new challenges.

2) Plans are generally set to initiate the Ambassador unit into part or all of our World wide VE network early in 2007 AD. We feel it will take some month of careful work to successfully provide the needed audio and audio-documentary needed -- as well as the expertise to transfer the needed files via the Internet to and from the field stations.

3) Our strategy/timing for transfer from audio cassettes to the fully digital Ambassador units is currently in work -- looking to best use the existing capability to the full while establishing the needed infra-structure for use and deployment of these digital wonders. This is especially important as we view the large array of languages which must be transposed and audio-documented for use in the Ambassador players.

4) Our close cooperation with Gospel Recordings and MegaVoice continues -- we look forward to establishing a steering committee to help us all optimize our contributions for outreach to the Nations in a solid and timely manner. Remember:

A. Gospel R recordings represents vast cassette resources.
B. MegaVoice provides true digital capabilities.
C. M/E International provides the worldwide VE network.


Reports from the World’s CDP Fields:

CDP-Ghana, Africa under Pastor Paul Konu’s leadership (who by the way is currently here with us -- he spoke at our Oct. 24, 2005 "Outreach Report 2005" Dinner) -- reports from their 80 fully equipped VEs and 240 VEs ready for equipment (120 of these actively ministering without equipment) -- reaching personally over 45,000 villagers with about 25,000 of these taking Jesus as their Savior and Lord! -- also, at least 15 churches started. Note that they are to Tier 3, really leading our whole CDP-family in progress.

CDP-Nigeria, Africa and Evangelist Paul Mba has reported great progress by both e-mail and a three hour video. They also report that the Muslims are being reached and are responding to the Gospel. -- many women have been accepted Jesus as their Savior and Lord.

CDP-China is systematically establishing their 123 CDP-Regions (700 Million total villagers) and expecting to soon bring each of these into full ministry with Cassette Players which we have funded them to obtain. Praise the Lord for opening up a "banking" capability for transfer of funds. As able we will be sending another $6,000.00 to augment their present outreach capability with another quantity of cassette players.
CDP-India continues to rebound from the flooding just recently experienced -- we are expecting some reports of their survival as well as progress being made both with current VEs as well as future expectations for moving the CDP-WAVE northward. Please PRAY for Jeba and all of his leaders and VEs.

CDP-Brazil and South America has presented a special challenge to us -- to get available funding to them -- this has been solved and they to will soon establish Mini-Outposts in their 44 related countries/languages.

CDP-Liberia under leadershi9p of Evangelist J. Aaron Wright is on the "Power Curve" and moving forward enthusiastically. We can expect to hear some great testimonies from this group.

CDP-Cameroon under Timon and Mama Champion are our CDP-Africa coordinators -- overseeing about 55 of the African Countries as well as tackling the new Prototype activities for indoctrination of the Ambassador digital system into CDP. They have also been helping to solve some of our other funding difficulties, e specially to Indonesia.

CDP-Russia’s and CDP-Europe’s initial funding has just been solved (delivered) via courier by the good graces of our brother and coordinator-par-excellent, Missionary Dominique Bertrand of Belgium. It is he that recommended the CDP to our great coordinators for Africa, bringing in almost all of the 146 countries now involved with us in CDP.

CDP-Kenya under Evangelist Joel Atuti is making great progress and expects to have added VEs ministering soon. They had a bit of a holdup due to lack of recording facilities, but now this has been solved with the help of two other mission groups in the area! PTL for such help!

PTL for the great cooperation we are experiencing from so many different mission groups. In particular, we are reminded from time to time that we are deeply indebted to the past missionary activities that have been so faithful in leading many nationals to Christ -- our leaders are the result of such outreach.

To The Nations
The CDP process is proven and now multiplying all over the World – we here in the USA need to seek our Father God’s blessings and leading to key partners who can join hands, hearts and pocketbooks with us and our other Partners to see this tremendous task completed to the NATIONS. Remember:
