Dear Outreacher:   

Keep This Date – OUTREACH 2005 will be October 24, 2005 – at the Sizzler Restaurant in Fullerton, California. We plan to have Pastor Prince Paul Konu of Ghana, Africa with us. – He is reporting many hundreds of conversions these last few months from the CDP activities, along with a number of churches planted. More on this next month.

Pray for our CDP-Africa Coordinators –
in particular, Timon came down with Malaria and
Typhoid -- he was hospitalized. The latest word
indicates he is “out of the emergency area” doingbetter but still needs our prayers and support aspossible. The international concern for Timon has been great, coming from many areas of the World.

Remember, Timon and Mama were responsible
For training most of our CDP leadership (World-
Wide) over the past 25 or so years. All have a special
respect and allegiance to Timon and Mama! – This also reflects directly to the CDP and us. PTL for Hisleading and “pre”-preparations! – These a significant
miracle of His Grace!
 

So much is happening and in process
Some really exciting developments – ranging from reported conversions, to opportunities which will accelerate our total operation.
CDP-Nigeria -- reports that they have completed their recording and are ready for equipments.
CDP-Africa coordinators -- have been reporting great progress and dedication by all, especially in light of the Africa Conference just completed last month. Indeed, the conference had a very stabilizing and encouraging effect on all participants.
CDP-China is busily working on their master recordings for the second eight of their 83 languages, all the while looking to do some translation work for Gospel Recordings (G.R.) for a half-dozen languages yet needed. It costs $300.00 per language to do the master recording for our dialog messages.

Ever increasing – we look forward to a really dynamic and healthy interchange for increased Outreach of HIS precious Gospel of Light and Life.
It is also noteworthy that G.R. has offered us pre-recorded cassettes in over 5700 languages, where each language has nine 4-minute messages per cassette. This will allow some of our Village Evangelists (VEs) opportunity for earlier startup, wherever we are able to get them cassette players on a timely basis. On the long haul, we can see that the G.R. messages will always be good supplementary information for the VEs themselves.

Another Opportunity

Yet Another Opportunity to expedite the whole program – an anonymous donor has offered to match all donations up to $50,000.00 – this, when fully funded, will allow about 5,000 VEs (in 250 Outposts) to be set into ministry -- almost enough to get all our language groups started on their growth process. Note too, this will allow yet another 50,000,000 (fifty million) villagers to be reached.

It is most interesting that this new opportunity can put us even a bit ahead of schedule as we noted last month in “The Score Card” – where this year we should grow to reach out to some 12 Million Villagers, next year our challenge is to grow with outreach to 70 Million Villagers.

WE ENCOURAGE ALL THAT CAN PARTICIPATE IN THIS “MATCHING DONATION PROCESS” TO DO SO WITH GREAT JOY – FOR IT IS UNTO OUR LORD – FOR HIS KINGDOM AND THE LOST THAT ARE TO DATE FORGOTTEN AND IGNORED. All amounts, small or large, will add into the total to secure early purchase programs. This will allow the VEs to start ministering and stimulate growth to the next Tier level (3-to-1 new VEs per VE). It is exciting to see this total process taking shape for very significant outreach to the LOST Nations.

Gnanamani – our ‘daughter in India’ has had a ‘small’ accident to her right leg – it is healing and she is looking forward to getting back soon to full ministry activities. By default, she has found it necessary to start a small orphanage – her compassion for needy children peaked when a mother committed suicide and left three children in her care and four more showed up at her door. So – the number continues to swell, now up to 10 at last count. Gnanamani says: “—so they will be used for God’s ministry in coming years”. We will have more about this when she sends pictures soon. Perhaps you will be led to help her care for these children – for His Glory! It costs about $15.00 per month to care for a child.

From the Cassette Discipleship Programs (CDP) Fields

CDP-Senegall, Africa – after attending the CDP conference in Cameroon, Africa, -- inspired, bought five cassette players to get their outreach started. “We love you and will never forget what you are doing for us. I sincerely believe the vision of CDP is right from the Throne”.

CDP-South America -- Brazil:
“From the bottom of our hearts, we are grateful that the Lord has started blessing us in releasing funds, the upshot of His compassions for billions of dying villagers. Yes, this is why He did not only send His Son to die for all, but also sent us the CDP (Cassette Discipleship Program).”

CDP-India – Dr. Jebasingh’s reports have been delayed because of flooding problems they have suffered through this last month. One of their key worker’s home had seven feet of water in it. The losses were very heavy. As of August 17, 2005, telephone service had not been restored and electricity comes and goes! They are well into the task to rehabilitate their staff. They can certainly use our help.

CDP-Liberia -- “We are pleased to tell you – To God be the Glory – the master recording has been completed – a copy on CD is being sent to you – all four cassette messages included.”

CDP-Indonesia – Pray for contacts in Thailand, Cambodia and especially leadership in Myanmar that CDP-Indonesia should also coordinate. These dear ones have been under great pressures ever since the Tsunami destroyed/killed so rampantly earlier this year. Please continue to Pray for them!

CDP-Kenya -- Our Brother Joel Atuti, who heads up the CDP-Kenya activities, is getting married soon.  The young lady and he were in Bible College together. However, Joel is feeling the ‘pinch’ of  expenses for the wedding.. Anyone that would like to help them would be most appreciated. –  Especially, pray that indeed they will do great things for God together. Yes, PRAY!

Earthquakes 1937 thru 2003 AD
Since we feel that the increasing rate of earthquakes worldwide has a definite impact on End Time considerations, we try to keep a nominal tab on those earthquakes at or greater than 6.0 Richter magnitudes.
It is interesting that the quantity of these quakes has now gone from a peak value of 60 in 2000 to a new peak value of 90 in 2003 AD – a 50% increase! But, perhaps even more important is where it appears they are going in the next few years – perhaps to something like a peak value of 150 quantity in the 2006 AD time frame. This would further lead to speculation that in/about 2009 AD time frame one could expect to see peak values of 225 Quakes – i.e., a major quake every 1.6 days on the average. At some point, such quakes may obscure what is going on in Israel and other parts of he World – minimizing communication and reducing our ability to minister in various parts of the World. We might not be able to know what is going on in Israel at a time when such knowledge could be invaluable! Like, what is the Whole House of Israel doing under the leadership of King David? Unbelief will do a pretty good job of obscuring, but the quakes may very well significantly add to the obscuration factor! The CHURCH will have an increasingly difficult time to sort out all the activities that will be taking place! – Very significant and soul searching events – life threatening to all alive on earth at that time. Yes, a good time to know and obey our Lord.

Six years of OPPORTUNITY

Sometime back we “fantasized” on the possibility that there might be some connection between the facts: (1) that it now appears that, given the funding, the CDP process could potentially reach out to all the villagers of the World in about six years, and (2) that there was another potential where the CHURCH might well have about 6 years foreknowledge of the impending Rapture of the CHURCH.

So, realizing that all the accumulated wealth of the CHURCH would go right to Satan after the Rapture, we projected that the CHURCH should make every effort to see that Satan’s benefits are minimized to the extreme. – Hopefully, via the channels of getting the “Go Ye” tasks completed during that impending six year period.

This is certainly interesting speculation – placing a certain imperative on us to implement an aggressive program to “do it”. It is particularly interesting that our Father-God might deem it both a proactive way to accomplish the funding for His “Go Ye” program as well as to test His own as to their willingness to be found Faithful or not. You see – if you know to do well and you don’t do it, guess what -- that is sin. We certainly want to be found faithful! – Great to seek His “Well done – good and faithful Servant”.

WE are excited with the possibilities of some wonderful cooperation that is developing between G.R. and M/E in the areas of:
• Translations we are doing in China and many other areas of the World.
• The potential of our Village Evangelists (VEs) having G.R. tapes in many languages for early startup of new Outposts.
• With our Cassette Messages, being able to obtain G.R.’s cassettes and hand cranked cassette players at a much reduced cost.
