Dear Outreacher:   

  Is our God able? –                        YES, HE IS ABLE!!

  Is our God willing? –                  Yes, for His cause HE IS WILLING!!

  Is the CDP program and process His program and process? –

One can only say: "YES, AS PROVEN BY    HIS MANY MIRACLES!!"

* Indeed, He has brought our CDP TEAM together:
           * From over fifty years for us,
*  Twenty five years for some,
            * And nearer zoned miracles to this very date.
* Yes, we KNOW (that is, K N O W) that He is in it, is able, willing and carefully orchestrating every step of the way.
           * We have said it before -- and will continue to say it until He takes us home -- HE has brought the CDP to the present miraculous place and therefore we know that He will see it funded.
           * Mind you, we will all continue to do everything in our power to ‘make it work’
* To reach out to all the developing countries of the World with His Great Good News --
           * That Jesus is Lord of all and His salvation is available to all that will call upon His Name!
* Where all participants are dedicated to reach out to all their own villagers before the end of the year 2010 AD!
           *  YES, to the IGNORED, the FOR-GOTTEN, the LOST.
* We continue to get wonderful reports from our eight "Continental" areas.
           * That the translations are through.
* They have finished or are nearly so with the Master Recordings.
          * Are eager to place another 1,200 Village Evangelists (VEs) into ministry!
 

Coupled to that enterprise,

• We have, with the good graces of Gospel Recordings (GR), been able to hurdle some of the translation efforts and move right to equipping VEs with cassette players.
• Where GR‘s "Tape Talk" cassette players are readily available throughout the World.
• Thereby allowing VE ministry to be initiated earlier,
• Including the training of three candidate VEs with every ministering VE.
• Is working very well, allowing earlier initiation of VE activities with over 700 new VEs.
• This all works in a timely manner as we desire to infuse the MegaVoice "Ambassador" digital audio player into our full network by the end of 2006 AD.
• We will include both our dialog mess-ages,
• The GR 4-minute messages (about 10 of them) as well as
• The Old and New Testament Scriptures from our WEBSITE: me-intl.org.
• The "Ambassador" will hold 20 hours of audio -- all of our 22 cassette tapes, each being quickly, selectively avail-able.
• We are also encouraged as we see Dr. Jebasingh of CDP-India, responding with new vigor to soon initiate eight (8) new Outposts of 20 VEs, in the Northern India States.

          Every year, at our annual conference, I asked ministers, what are their needs and how can I help them best. The answer is always, we need more laborers in the field to assist us and funds. I do not have funds but have decided to give them what I have.
            This year, at our July conference I asked: "can you nominate lay men from your church that I can train? I will train them for free"? -- They all reply: yes with joy.
            Because it will be very difficult to ask these men to leave their jobs and come to Yaounde for 6 weeks, plus feedings and accommodations, I decided to go to them for training -- every day 5pm to 9 pm and Saturdays.
            We all agree in this and I used my rest period to go there with three lecturers at our own expenses --- they provided us accommodations in the house of an elder.
            The last Sunday was the ordination of these laymen and women. They came from 27 churches and were a total of 87 in all -- Baptist churches, Apostolic churches, and Pentecostal churches.
            The training was on: Effective Church Planting (in rural areas using Players and Cassettes), Leadership and. Counseling.
            That day we choose a community hall and many people came -- the ceremony started at 3 pm , would end 6 pm.

                             The Miracle
            The town is situated at the border of the North of the country , so you have Christians and Muslims living close together. The town has a brewery --. The manager of the brewery is a Rosicrucian, also Muslim, who married a Christian woman. Since university days he had promised that she will be free to attend church, but had not kept his word.
            This sister had received books and messages on cassettes from a pastor of an Apostolic Church of Cameroon. Also, she had just had their first child. .
            She was longing to attend the great event in town but could not share it with her husband.
            That day, the husband told her he was going to play tennis and she used that opportunity to come to the event, knowing that as we are gathering in the evening, he will not know she went to church.
            But, someone told the husband that his wife is at the ceremony taking place at the community hall.
            The man came there just as I had started preaching -- she was sitting at the third row among other women, the baby was in the arms of another sister near her.
            Everybody was concentrated on the message, even the usher, who was at the door did not see the man entering.  I saw him as I was preaching but did not know who he was. He came in with a sword at his side and went directly toward his wife.
            He held the sword and tried to draw it out but it wouldn't come out -- he tried several times without success and decided to hold it with his legs to draw it out -- also without success.
            Then he asked: who had his son -- and the other woman gave the baby to his wife who gave it to the man and he walked out.
            It's then we realized the man would have killed the woman in the church, but God did not permit it.
            I did not stop preaching and the ministers who were around didn’t even stand up. – But, as his wife followed him out, he hit her with the sword still in the sheath which caused a little bleeding. He then drove away in his car.
            Some of the sisters rushed to assist her -- but she soon followed her husband home.
            At the end of my preaching, we all burst into praise and worship, for the man wanted to humiliate God by killing his wife in God’s "temple", but God turned it into a manifestation of his power in the presence of new laborers.

Blessings Abound

             It is always a blessing for us tp review the progress of the Cassette Discipleship Program (CDP) – WORLDWIDE – seeing the 145 plus countries with their shoulders to the “wheel” – dedicated to get the program established and running (reaching out to millions of precious souls).

            Remember, each language must have the WEBSITE: me-intl.org dialog messages translated, although, recall that we now also have a “jump start” potential available using Gospel Recordings’  (GR) applicable cassette messages inventory.

            Recall too that we were able to send most all of our country/regional groups two cassette players to help get early startup of their initial Outposts. Usually each Outpost world have 20 VEs, but here, to facilitate all getting early startup, we elected to distribute the available resources to provide two (2) cassette players to each language group as possible. This has encouraged each group to move forward with their VE training and establishing a firm 3-to-1 on-the-job training process with three (3) candidate VEs ‘paired’ with each active VE. – This securing their future ‘manpower’ growth.

    Of course, where Ghana, Africa has been one of our ‘shinning lights’ – already at TIER 3

Level with 320 VEs reaching out to about 3.2 million Villagers, we were compelled to both replace their

earlier 80 cassette players as well as provide an added 240 cassette players to facilitate 12 new

Outposts (240 VEs) ministering to the Ewe language groups in eastern Ghana. It is also noteworthy that

CDP-Ghana is now in process on the second key language as well as initiating plans for future

application of the Ambassador digital audio player. The Ambassador will allow the VEs to have several

languages available, helping to reach many smaller groups while ministering to their primary language

group. Where GR has a particular interest in meeting the needs for the smaller language groups, we will

have close coordination of these materials for ease of use in the Ambassador units. Yes, we plan to work

shoulder to shoulder with both GR and MegaVoice that all the NATIONS language groups (large and small) might be reached!

Remember, the CDP process is growing at an exponential rate (targeted at 4-to-1 rate for

every 6-month to 12-month period). The 6-month period has been established/proven by Ghana, we have

opened it up to 12-months as the ‘worst case scenario which potentially will allow all the Nations to be reached by the end of 2010 AD. 

       Yes, this is a dynamic and ambitious program time-base, but, it is both feasible and needed if all the NATIONS are to be reached in TIME (His Time). Remember, Matthew 24:14 says it, we believe it,

and our Father-God is allowing the CDP growth to pace it for his Glory and for Outreach to the NATIONS.

YES, to the Nations

            The  CDP process is proven and now multiplying all over the World – we here in the USA need to seek our Father God’s blessings and leading to key partners who can join hands, hearts and pocketbooks with us and our other Partners to see this tremendous task completed to the NATIONS. Remember:

(Mat 24:14) “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations;

and then shall the end come.”

We are getting very encouraging information from some of our more advanced Outposts. We noted last month that Ghana, Africa had reported over 25,000 accepting Jesus from their CDP activities this last year and a  half. You will recall that they have also started 15 churches which are flourishing – typically, having some 300 attendees in each. This only happens because many are praying – and God is blessing!        

                Talk to our Father-God about the following – As you go to His Throne of Grace:

1.       Remember each of our “Continental” leaders and steering committees. – volunteers for Him, keeping their hearts pure and focused.

2.      Take all Supervisors and Village Evangelists carefully to Him. – They too need His empowering to stay focused for HIM.

3.      For wisdom as we prepare to implement the mighty Ambassador unit into our Worldwide network. There are key Internet interfaces to be bridged.

4.     His direction and empowering for needed insights for CDP Convocation 2006 Planning.

5.     For His leading of future funding sources to us – only His timing and His funding desired.

6.     That we might all be mindful of His will and way, for it is all about Him, NOT us!

7.     That we might always be obedient to our Lord Jesus Christ – especially in proclaiming His salvation to the NATIONS.

It is all about HIM –

For HIM –

And By HIM!!! –

Our MIGHTY GOD who desires that all might hear! – Be saved!
