Dear Outreacher: 

       YES – we are close to “cloud 9”  -- for the afterglow of the CDP CONVOCATION 2006 AD has left us almost breathless as we have seen the latest “score card” of National Achievement

             Indeed, they are on track to reach out to all their country’s villagers by the end of 2010 AD..

             You know – it is now truly believable. For a year ago we had 760 VEs ministering, this June 2006 they logged in with over 6,000 VEs, and now we have close to 10,000 VEs heading for 12,000 VEs by the end of 2006 AD.  PTL – Yes!

             Also, there is renewed energy for placement of three candidate VEs with each ministering VE, providing on-the-job training top the next “generation” growth cycle of VEs.

             Significantly, there is also great “heart” for the pre-equipment (Phase 1) operation with many precious souls being pointed to Jesus! We are very sure these numbers will go up ten fold when they are operating with proper audio players and bikes.

             It is also interesting to see other groups that see this ”happening” – are giving significant support and encouragement.

 Audio Scripture Ministries (ASM) has just blessed us all by donating 400 Cassette Players for our VEs in Africa and China. We hope to ship them out by air-freight in the next few weeks. What a wonderful windfall of help this is – and more may be coming soon.

 Mega Voice’s President has indicted he plans to seek donors for the AMBASSADOR units for our network of VEs.

Global Recordings has affirmed the availability of their approximately 5600+ languages on cassette tape. These are being obtained autonomously by each of our groups around the World.

Troy Majeska, our Board Member, is planning to ‘Honeymoon” in Ghana and Cameroon, Africa to facilitate their initiation of the Ambassador Units. This will significantly bring the Prototype operation to fulfillment at an early date.

       Once again greetings from CDP Nigeria, in the name Jesus Christ our Lord.  We have just concluded a two day “Transformation leadership Development Seminar” for VE Leaders and some Religious leader which took place in Calabar on October 15 and 16, 2006.

             The Seminar attracted religious leader from within and outside Calabar including Rev. Elishia Luka from the North.

             Beloved, following the level of progress here, we have need of many things, like; recording of translated and yet to be translated scripts, Cassette players, Tapes, Bikes, Accessories and some financial needs. In fact, we seriously need some communication equipments for free flow of Communications among the VEs and their Leaders.

             As part of our efforts to launch out to the un reached, we have also planned for a 4 day Crusade next month per November 27-30, 2006.

            By the grace of God, we have been able to reach out to many Villagers and Villages through the CDP. Many people are being saved as they gave their lives to Christ

• n fact our VEs are doing their best to reach more and more people daily, with God on our side we are moving without looking back and will not look back.
• However, this progress is also is giving us good problems as our VEs need Bikes and Tape Players. Again some of these Villagers reached are greatly in need of place of meeting for fellowship. Most of them are living below poverty level and as such needing Medical care. In fact as we reach their souls, their social, physical and financial needs became a problem to us as well.

CDP-Ghana, Africa — Pastor Prince Paul Konu

           With 320 Active VEs (16 Outposts) and another 400 VEs trained and ready for equipment – we have now sent 40 Ambassador Units and a Scribe Unit back to Ghana with Pastor Konu.

            This group of Ambassador Units is our first Prototype Operation to help prove and establish procedures for all uses World-Wide.

                   What is the Ambassador Unit?   It is a small but powerful audio player with no moving parts. Truly a great electronic miracle for missions.  It will hold up to 120+ hours of easily selected  and repeatable information; an audio amplifier and speaker to reach a room full of listeners; is water resistant; has own solar cell panel on the back side; fits in a pocket.

             With these 40 Ambassador Units, Pastor Konu will establish two Outposts of 20 VEs each, allowing the performance or the Ambassador Units t be well evaluated and procedures established for its  general and special uses.

CDP-Africa/Cameroon -- Dr. Andre Talla

             We were able to send 20 Ambassador Units back to Cameroon with Dr. Talla.  These units have some general Bible and some French language messages for interim use.

            Dr. Talla has sent a few to other key country leaders to demonstrate the great potential of the Ambassador Unit as well as to encourage our brethren.

            We trust that all these early Ambassador deployments will prove to be a large encouragement to all of Africa and many other countries.

CDP-India – Mr. David Peters

            20 Ambassador Units were also sent with David Peters with significant Indian languages/dialects impressed – providing yet another level of encouragement and “promise” to that great and challenging land.

            It now falls on David’s shoulders to re-energize CDP-India, allowing them to meet the challenges of reaching out to over 800 million villagers – needing something like 80,000 VEs in about 4,000 Outposts of 20 VEs each.  Yes, -- PRAY!!!

Indeed – GO AMBASSADOR UNITS!!!

          As funds are available -- we plan to place the Ambassador Units in all new Outposts in the future – a well as replace all existing cassette players a they wear out (the cassette players  typically last  about a year  or two). Note that the Ambassador Unit is generally good for many, many years, only needing the battery replaced every three or so years.—a future planned logistic challenge.

CDP-China is doing it Royally!

            CDP-China has grown from 1,700 VEs to over 4,000 VEs this last growth period, together with a special thrust to one of their more southern regions. We have been able to help them record five special languages, and now expect to send them 300 of the donated cassette players mentioned earlier for this southern region..

             Yes, they are M O V I N G –

-- Out-stripping us, for we could place a million dollars worth of equipment RIGHT NOW to ministering VEs. (if we had it!).  YES –PRAY!      Ask – HE will supply!!  WOW! – What a blessing that will be when those and future growth funds are available!!!

            Actually, the way growth is happening all over the World, we could about pace all the Nationals with equipment if we had the following growth funds:

2007 AD -- $4-Million

    2008 AD -- $9-Million    

   2009 AD -- $27-Million

Yes, this is all part of our planned growth, even as we have experienced it so far. -- Yes, --

It is real, -- It is happening! –It is truly miraculous.

 As we are nearing the

 end 2006, we realize that our ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) for completion of our goals to reach the NATIONS is just a little over four years away.  Truly a human impossibility – BUT GOD!!

Remember –there are:

3-Billion Precious Souls at stake – our Lord will not miss even one – all will have a chance.  We desire to be HIS messengers to all

 the Nations!

How to Help!

• P R A Y – yes, the fervent prayer of righteous men avails much!
• Talk up the CDP process – its exclusivity to all Nations.
• The need for equipment for ministering VEs – at $200.00 per VE.
• Pray for all the Village Evangelists (over 10,000 now) – all volunteers.
• Donate for equipment (now need $910,000).
• Donate for master recording (now need $90,000).
• Pray for us and our Continental and country leaders – all volunteers.
• Ask our Father-God for His funding to meet or exceed their needs.

Waiting on our Father-God

Yes, we find no other course of action as productive as “Waiting on HIM”.

In His time, He will touch hearts to do it! – until then, we are proceeding on the course that He has set for us – and for them -- as they in the field are ministering even without equipment.  Many precious souls are being brought to Jesus!
