Dear Outreacher:

            You know, God in His Holy Bible tells us to “ask and you shall receive”, -- of course, conditionally based on asking in His Name, even Jesus.  Let us always agree with the Holy Spirit in us, seeking in all matters to be at one with our Lord.  Yes, He will meet “our” needs!

            World wide, we have all been praying for His funding to flow into the CDP program – yet, we have not seen His flood of funds – But we are sure we are right where HE wants us to be, and in His time we will all be blessed as we see His wondrous deeds take place.

            Yes, He has brought a number of programmatic partners to us, but the financial partners have not yet fully appeared. – Let us all ask our Lord Jesus Christ to stimulate those that should be a part of this ministry.                                                           

 Partnerships

                   As the Lord introduced us to the CDP concept back in 1984, He was working in the hearts of three other key groups for CDP:

1)                  Global Recordings has prepared cassette messages over the last 20+ years in about 5,700 languages that they have recently offered to us.

2)                  MegaVoice has developed THE AMBASSADOR unit over the last 20 years, plus a significant library of recorded messages.  Also, MV President has offered to help raise funds for our AMBASSADOR UNITS.

            3)         The Tallas of Cameroon, Africa had trained over 400 pastors and evangelists in their institute in Cameroon – these were primarily from Africa, but many were from all around the World. It wasn’t until they heard of CDP that they saw God’s pattern in their previous activities.

            Of course, these three groups, in partnering with us, have effectuated the CDP in new and growing ways.  You see, M/E Intl has the growing network of National leaders and Village Evangelists – uniquely compatible and needing the other partners. BUT, as noted earlier, we are still praying for key financial partners!  In this tone – we have recently sent out the following to a large group of caring and sharing individuals on the Internet:

Dear Mission Outreacher – you that care and share:

                This is to alert you to a relatively new outreach to the Nations of the World – really, Villagers reaching out to Villagers.  They all use the WEBSITE: me-intl.org for their source information in the Cassette Discipleship Program (CDP).

Yes, NOW in 186 countries, almost 20,000 VEs (Village Evangelists) are each reaching out to between 1,000 and 10,000 villagers. Of course, their success is highly dependent upon the level of equipment they have. Even so. this is a good start, but 300,000 VEs are ultimately needed.

    We and they are all VOLUNTEERS – and remember, they only need equipment.

                This truly is a phenomenon which only the Holy Spirit could orchestrate – bringing four successful groups together in a partnership to truly implement this network to the lost Nations. Details are on the WEBSITE: me-intl.org.  Just let me say that our Partners are: Global Recordings, Inc.;  MegaVoice Inc.; and an Institute in Cameroon, Africa – all unwittingly preparing about 20 years for  this partnership. WOW!!!

                We are currently seeking (and we will find as the Holy Spirit quickens) financial partners to allow the equipment needs to be fully met and the outreach to become most effective to the Lost Villagers.  Yes, now they are reaching out to between 2 and 20 Million villagers, but with proper equipment, ($200.00 per VE, once only ) they can easily reach out to 200 Million villagers by the end of this year.

                We continue to be amazed and blessed as we see what the Holy Spirit has done and what we know He is going to  do! PTL Indeed!

      Note the picture of the Cassette Players recently received in Cameroon – These were donated by Audio Scriptures Ministries, where 180 of the 480 total will be sent on to China as soon as the  $2,200 shipping costs are available.

Troy Majeska, our V.P. – Audio Engineering

            Troy is closing on some key ways to inexpensively do excellent recording of audio messages in developing countries.  He is developing a procedure to allow these capabilities to be readily duplicated any where in the World.  He is specifying the minimum requirement for equipment to do the job – generally speaking we will need a number of these equipment suites, first to allow the Eight (8) Continental Leaders to have a set to be used by all of their countries – but ideally should be available to most countries or shared by a few countries. Troy will be going to Ghana and Cameroon to assist them in getting setup for use of the AMBASSADOR UNIT – this will also allow the procedure to be firmed/matured for use by others.

            Troy is here in the states for a short time to allow us to be updated on his progress and establish budgets and general plans for travel and equipment needs.

Partnering Meeting with Global Recordings

            Several of us met in Temecula, California with  key GR recording strategists – seeking to define the various roles of our partnership – seeking optimum ways to cooperated to reach the Nations with the Glorious Gospel of our Lord.

           It was tentatively determined that M/E will remain centered on the major languages while GR will continue to record all the smaller language groups.  These messages will be available to include in our audio players to allow our VEs to minister more effectively whenever they are in  or adjacent to these lesser populated groups.

           The AMBASSADOR UNIT will allow later incorporation of these GR messages on a secure basis via  the MegaVoice Scribe units which are available in the field.

           We will be meeting again soon to further pursue these partnering objectives.

Pomona Mission Expo 2007

                We will be participating in a Mission Expo at the First Baptist Church of Pomona, California on April 27^th and 29^th.

                It is an excellent opportunity to get visibility with many other mission agencies as well as some 4,000 visitors that are expected to attend.

                We will have a “booth” for display as well as a one-hour seminar time on April 28^th in Room E3305 at 5:30PM.

                Pray for God’s chosen partners to be there.

Evangelist J. Aaron Wright –

CDP-Liberia Coordinator

         We recently had a good time and planning session with Aaron and his American Mother. He was adopted and raised by this very sharp and dedicated lady when she was a missionary in Liberia. She now does proposals to foundations here in the USA.

         CDP-Liberia is now growing faster than we can equip – Unfortunately, a rather common malady at this time. P R A Y

         Pray for “Tiny”, as Aaron’s mother likes to be called – she has ongoing physical problems.

Continuing your Legacy via Sponsorship

            We speak of our legacy – How do our children and grandchildren see us? Do they know us as really caring and sharing people – those that care for the forgotten, the ignored, and the very LOST.

             Our statistics show that about 40% of those contacted regularly in Africa accept Jesus and His wonderful love and life for eternity.  With over 10,000 VEs, they get us off to a running start -- a good point on the curve of total need for outreach to 3-BILLION by the end of 2010AD.

             Jesus has said to “go ye into all the world” – your sponsorship is a good start. How many precious souls will you sponsor?  Each 10,000 cluster of villagers (about ten villages) costs right at $200.00 to provide regular outreach to them.
