      It is truly amazing – I know, actually unbelievable – yet it is true, Yes, the Lord has given us a most wonderful and effective network of dedicated and committed national leaders and related Village Evangelists (VEs). Actually, you couldn’t duplicate it for millions of dollars.  How can I say that without blinking an eye?  Because the core group of 110 countries were all trained and mentored by our CDP Coordinators in their Institute for Pastors and Evangelists over the previous 15 or so years.  Also, the remaining 70 plus country leaders have been added as a natural growth process from the original 110.  It is also important to know that the mentoring lines are very strong and have actually grown to include us in and through the Cassette Discipleship Program (CDP).

      We continue to marvel at the unity of spirit, the sharpness of leadership and the creativity often employed to better facilitate the overall CDP process.  Our national leaders certainly dispel the “old mission belief that nationals can’t be leaders”.  PTL, indeed. We are expecting updates from all countries via their Continental Coordinators as to their present VE quantities.  Last June we were close to 10,000 VEs, most active in ministry despite not having players and bicycles. These need equipment to be most effective – please ask the Lord for funds to “do it”.   Remember – we can RIGHT NOW place over $2-Million worth of equipment to VEs.

WAITING

 We don’t find WAITING too easy – we are all proactive types – so we need your prayers and support (along side) as we WAIT ON THE LORD FOR THE CDP FUNDS!  Yet, deep down, we know that that ia the only way the funds will ever be obtained! So join us in doing what we can, while WAITING ON HIM!!!

Dear Brother Jim Ford:

      Grace and peace from the Lord Jesus Christ. I want to thank God for how far He has brought us. 2006 was a year of many challenges and struggles. I believe this year is a year of  JUBILEE. God is giving His people rest. I pray that this email find you well recovering quickly from the hip operation.
     2007 has started well .We have started with so many testimonies of what God is doing in the lives of His people. Many are being delivered from witchcraft, devil worship ,and many other bondages. We have a brother from Sudan that has been delivered from devil worship. It is a long testimony. He used to stay under the spell for a long time. He used to drink human blood, He was so much involved in immorality. He is only 16 years old. We prayed for him and now he is free. 

    WE HAVE 34 NEW SOULS WON TO THE LORD JUST THIS MONTH OF JANUARY.IT IS AMAZING ON HOW GOD CAN USE SOMETHING SIMPLE LIKE CDP TO VISIT HIS PEOPLE. We thank God.
    We would like to equip at least all the VEs  with cassette players and other tools before we move to the next step of doing our next language. Presently, there are some VEs who need cassette players and cassettes as indicated below. .May God provide. The remaining will carry on until there is enough funds for them too. There is nothing we can do but wait and pray.

Legacy and Sponsorship

            We spoke of our legacy – How do our children and grandchildren see us? Do they know us as really caring and sharing people – those that care for the forgotten, the ignored, and the very LOST.

             Remember – a very small house nowadays costs only about $300,000 – remember too, that same money will allow 100-Million precious Villagers to be reached regularly with the Gospel. Our statistics show that about 40% of those contacted regularly accept Jesus and His wonderful love and life for eternity.  That is a good start on the total need for outreach to 3-BILLION by the end of 2010AD.

             Jesus has said to “go ye into all the world” – your sponsorship is a good start. How many precious souls will you sponsor?  Each 1,000,000 Villagers regularly reached costs right at $20,000. to sponsor. We need only 3,000 such sponsors to do the major part of this task!
