Dear Outreacher:

*    We bring special greetings to you, -- especially to those of you that have been caring and sharing so wonderfully to help our Village Evangelists (VEs) to be more effective with audio players and bikes. They are ministering all around the World -- in some 186 countries and now almost a thousand languages.

 *        We must say, however, that most do not have much needed equipment, so they are working at about 1/10^th optimum potential. Yes, they could be reaching out to at least ten times as many precious souls on a regular basis if properly equipped. What does that take? Well, for the AMBASSADOR Unit, a bike and some general overhead activities, it takes about $200.00 per VE (once only).Remember, they and we are all VOLUNTEERS – only need equipment.

 *       Along with the added outreach, we see a tremendous morale boost for the VEs – encouraging them in their special areas of outreach.  By the way, there is a significant “added interest” quotient that comes with the AMBASSADOR Unit – it is very unique to them and a big ‘plus’ for making the Gospel message clear.

 *        You know, it is to the credit of the VE’s that they are so effective, where they reach out to many precious souls, start home churches, baptize converts, and disciple new believers even without being equipped. We should all be very grateful to our Father-God for them, and always careful to take them each one to HIS THRONE of GRACE for HIS special anointing of their activities.

 *        We often refer you to our WEBSITE: me-intl.org – and especially to the NEWSLETTERS.  Now, our WEBMASTER has built into our NEWSLETTER INDEX a special “SEARCH NEWSLETTERS” capability – allowing all of us to quickly locate letters that have particular content. For instance, like, VEs – when entered and activated, brings up all mentions of VEs, and their related context.  It is a powerful tool that I personally am finding very useful and I think you too will find it a blessing as you can track the growth and capabilities of the VEs, and a myriad of other questions that you may have. Interested in a particular country? Put it in the SEARCH NEWSLETTERS ENGINE and see if we discussed it!  By the way – we hope to replicate our total WEBSITE, the new sites to be centered on Africa and India. This will provide redundancy in the case that one or two of the sites are ever taken down for any reason, fair or foul.

 *       We had an opportunity to present the Cassette Discipleship Program (CDP) at a Mission Expo held at the First Baptist Church of Pomona, California.  There were about 40 mission agencies represented and the public was expected to exceed about 4,000 attendees.  We will have a demonstration area and will also present a one hour Seminar on the last day. Please pray with us – even after the fact – that many will see and understand the great impact that our VE network in 186 countries will have – praying for the leaders and the VEs alike – that literally millions of precious souls will be reached. You know, actually the new total number is 187 since we understand that CDP-IRAN has come into the CDP-Fold!

 *        Pray too for some specific PwrPt presentation proposals we are working on, – that they may be sharp and to the point – convincing and challenging, not to mention, well received!.  Our ‘watch word now is “Financial Partners, where art thou?” Fortunately, our Lord knows and is preparing some this very moment!

 Here from Cameroon

            Here at home, it has been great to have our brother Andre Talla, our CDP-African coordinator, from Cameroon, here with us while he is taking some work at the William Carey International University.  It turns out that he has been in contact with many of our key leaders that he and his wife were influential in bring to us.  He says, “Brother Jim, be assured that they are all with us – they believe in the CDP process and are sticking with us! Some are discouraged because they have not seen equipment yet – but they know that as soon as the Lord provides funds they will get the needed equipment. In the mean time, they are encouraged to place their VEs in ministry without equipment”. You know, there are literally hundreds, maybe thousands, being brought to our Lord even by those ministering without even players.  PTL Indeed!!!

 Troy Majeska, our VP-Audio Engineering

             Troy Majeska is back with us in the states for a short time. He has brought good news of his progress with his design of a suite of equipment, as well as a simple in-the-field sound reduction enclosure for achieving excellent quality recordings. Once completed, we want to provide these systems and processes for use in key areas of the World to allow preparation for adaptation of all VEs to the MegaVoice AMBASSADOR Units by the end of 2007 AD. We now know that it is very practical to do. – must now make it simple to provide at a reasonable cost. Troy is also preparing to go to Ghana and Cameroon later this year – planning to get them both properly recorded and processed to allow the MegaVoice digital procedure to be applied and loaded into their SCRIBE Units for independent loading into as many AMBASSADOR Units as they desire initially and in the future.

             By the way – we have asked MegaVoice to consider donating 10,000 AMBASSADOR Units to us for our present ministering VEs that need players.  Pray that this might be a reality – actually, this was prompted by their president’s note to us that he wanted to do some specific promotion for our Units.  I was told that our request was very timely, even providential, since the MegaVoice Board was meeting the very next day to discus such items. NOTE that a follow-up letter from their Mr. Tom Treseder was most encouraging, caring and desiring to share.

Dr. James Butare, our VP-Outreach

             Dr. James Butare, our VP-Outreach, has returned from an emergency Kenya trip.. He went there to help their daughter Elizabeth get through the trauma of the car-jacking shooting which killed one of her friends, wounded two others severely and wounded her right arm just above the hand. We will try to have a fuller report on this next month.

Update Information from Leaders World-wide

             We are so blessed when we hear from our groups all around the World; like, China – where they are severely limited by security situations, realizing that their lives are in danger all the time.  PTL for such dedication and commitment to our Lord! Are you remembering them at HIS Throne of Grace? They have assured us that they are with us to the end – they believe in the process.  As we mentioned in an earlier newsletter – they stated: “there has never been a program to reach China which is as well received, coordinated and managed as the CDP process”.  Note: they have translated over 120 languages and are ministering to reach 700 Million villagers in about 124 regions of China. 

Updated Reports from Continental Coordinators

             We are right in the midst of getting updated reports from all countries via our Continental Coordinators – the excitement is building, since the total number of VEs was right at 10,000 last June (2006) – it can well go as high as 30,000 by the end of this year.  Yes, the nationals are really “doing it”.  Indeed, they are dedicated and committed to the task of reaching all their country’s villagers with the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ before the end of 2010 AD.   You know – that is really ‘scary’ since in less than two added growth periods (16 to 1 growth) the total number of VEs can exceed the 300,000 mark that has been estimated to do the major task. But, it is not too likely that this will happen unless we get the needed cash flow (Equipment flow) to allow the VEs to be most effective.  Yes, PRAY YE THE LORD OF THE HARVEST THAT HE WILL SEND FORTH THE NEEDED EQUIPMENT FOR THE HARVESTERS HE IS PROVIDING.

Multitudes Being Touched

             We hope you are experiencing the thrill of this process – seeing the multitudes are touched – the thousands/millions coming to our Lord!  WOW!!!  It is indeed mind boggling and soul blessing to realize that we (and You) can really be a part of such a miraculous End-Time process to the NATIONS.  Here is what Mat 24:14 says:  “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached (by the church) in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end (the Rapture) come.”

Blessed Immensely of God

             I think it is clear that something very special is underway in the CDP process – something that has been blessed immensely by our Father-God – allowing His Holy Spirit to quicken the national leaders and villagers, molding them into a mighty force for the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ in most of the developing world.  We, on the other hand, are merely pawns in the hands of the Master – for it is all about Him, for Him and by Him that these challenges are met on a daily basis – seeing the  program move powerfully forward towards the ultimate objective of reaching about half the World’s population, yes --  reaching out to those that have been largely forgotten and ignored in the ongoing drama of missiology from the West.

Dedicated Volunteers

             As we get deeper and deeper into the larger aspects of this program, we are seeing a very challenging logistics situation developing just in the delivery of equipment to the various countries.  For one thing it is costly and time consuming, but too there is ever a paper work problem which is always new and somewhat perplexing.  We can really use you if you are familiar with shipping overseas and the level of paperwork needed. Perhaps the Lord would have you join us as a dedicated VOLUNTEER.

Wherefore Art Thou Financiers?

            As you might guess, we operate on a shoe-string budget – yet, our Father-God sees to it that we have His essential funds at the right time – seldom more than a minute ahead of time it would seem!!!

So, when our Country Leaders get nervous about not having equipment, we must tell them that when we get the funds they will have the equipment – not a minute earlier! Most of them know this, yet, we do understand their need and their hearts cry for help – it sometimes almost breaks our hearts to tell them that we just can’t supply a need right then. Some have wondered about our management of the CDP, not realizing that it is tougher to manage jobs  when you don’t have sufficient cash flow than when you do!  Hey, maybe you can ease this situation?   WHEREFORE ART THOU FINANCIERS?

Continuing your Legacy via Sponsorship

            We speak of our legacy – How do our children and grandchildren see us? Do they know us as really caring and sharing people – those that care for the forgotten, the ignored, and the very LOST.

More important – how does our Lord see our efforts? – can we expect a “Well done” from HIM?

             Our statistics show that as high as 40% of those contacted regularly in Africa accept Jesus and His wonderful love and life for eternity.  With over 10,000 VEs now, they are reaching out to a potential population of about 100 MILLION Villagers. Yes, we are off to a running start -- a good point on the curve of total need for outreach to 3-BILLION by the end of 2010AD.

             Jesus has said to “go ye into all the world” – your sponsorship will significantly help – it is a good start. How many precious souls will you sponsor?  Each 10,000 cluster of villagers (about ten villages) costs right at $200.00 to provide regular outreach to them.
