Dear Outreacher: 

• Our challenge is to the NATIONS – and we have seen the Lord allow us to make fair headway in that direction – solidifying our strategy to reach out to those forgotten and ignored ones all over the World.  EMPOWERING continental and country leadership.  ENABLING their trained villagers as Village Evangelists (VEs). Reaching their own friends, family and villagers in their own and nine surrounding villages.
• We are reminded that: “Jesus came and spake ---------, saying, all power is given unto me in heaven and in earth”.  Matt. 24: 18
• He then ‘commanded’ that they/we: “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”  Matt. 28: 19-20
• This we have been busy doing! – But, just recently we have been drawn to a particular distinction in Matt. 24:14, where Jesus said: “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come”.
• Here we see “in all the world” and then, for a witness “unto all nations.”

·         Note that the world generically sets the big stage for outreach required (to all) – while nations forcefully breaks the command specifically down to all people of similar characteristics and territories. Yes, even people groups as we have come to appreciate from present day missiology. This then highlights our national strategy down into the countries via language and societal demographic regions for deployment of our Outposts of VEs, so that all might hear!

     ·         In general, the languages are handled on a country by country basis, providing cooperative translations and recordings where feasible. These language decisions are part of the autonomous operation of the leaderships of CDP; -- However, even where the same languages are used in different countries, there is often just enough idiomatic and other dialectic differences that make common uses questionable or even unusable.

            ·         We have been able to deploy existing players early (both cassette and digital) by using Global Recordings (GR) language/message library which they offered for our use. This great partnership has made early deployment possible prior to having our own structured dialog messages available. 

·         Close cooperation between GR and MegaVoice via Internet Downloads, has allowed early AMBASSADOR Units to get to the fields in a timely manner. Since we have over 90% of the recording function  yet to do,  you can see that the next few months are pivotal to transition quickly to the new audio recording system that Troy is working on.

·         We have just been notified by MegaVoice that our friends in Australia have raised funds for another 250 AMBASSADOR Units – these are being prepared for delivery early in September 2008.  PTL for such caring and sharing hearts.

·          This brings our total to something over 1,000 units that will be in ministry – that means that about 10-Million villagers are being reached more effectively.  However, this still leaves over 14,000 VEs that still minister without equipment – yes, they too need players.

• You know, we concentrate first on the players needed, BUT, actually the need for BIKES is a close second – for without wheels they cannot cover their needed territory (10,000 villagers in 10- villages) -- and are about 20% to 30% as effective as when mobilized!
• Where the AMBASSAADOR Units cost about $50.00 each (including message load, transportation, and import duties) the BIKES are purchased there at a cost of about $100.00 each.
• They and we are most eager to see all VEs properly equipped – to allow the full harvest to be harvested on a timely basis.  We and they desire that all their villagers will be reached with the Precious Gospel before the end of 2010 AD.  That is the plan – it can be done in the five growth periods yet remaining IF they are properly equipped. Oh yes, there are a total of about 300,000 VEs needed ultimately.

• We are coordinating our activities here round a potential trip planned by Pastor Prince Paul Konu the end of this year – he has some available travel miles to his credit that he wants to use. If all goes well, we will plan to have Pastor Paul speak at our Annual Report dinner – the date will shortly be set, but for now, just anticipate this personal, in the flesh, update from Pastor Paul in the near future.

• Since we last reported on Ghana’s progress, hundreds of new converts and a number of mew church fellowships have been formed.
• Remember, Pastor Paul noted that their VEs typically lead over 20 to the Lord each week – this in 2007 AD adding up to over 300,000 precious souls harvested to our Lord there in Ghana!
• You will recall that when extrapolated to all 185 countries, the total for 2007 AD ‘World-wide’ was arguably over 15-Million harvested!  We are hoping to have the 2008 AD totals early in 2009..
•  China alone, with 6,500 VEs, was expected to lead over 6-Million to the Lord. in 2007 AD.
• Ghana, our first new group after CDP was birthed in India, has become our “Poster Child”, -- providing an excellent example for our other World-wide developing and maturing groups.
• It has not been all that easy for Pastor Paul – he has suffered severe illness from diseases encountered in the bush countries; and, he was bitten by a cobra and was in a coma for three days. Both of these were life threatening situations which are not all that un-typical – for he is very committed to our Lord and the CDP process there in Ghana.
• Also, Pastor Paul was in the field for two weeks per month to see that the VEs were trained and ministering effectively! We have, since late 2007, been working with Pastor Paul to help him be effective and yet not have to be in he field so much.  This too is helping us to establish good management and reporting methods to help all of our World-wide network personnel. This is actually covered well by an important part of our $250. per VE (once only) funding mentioned earlier,

§         As we have seen the World shaking and rolling this last year or so, we have been concerned that we might become complacent and hardened to the prophetic impetus that they portend!

§         We don’t have an update from the 2003 AD value of 90 quakes, where 2006 AD should be approaching another new peak value. Certainly the activity has been great!

§         In fact, it should go to about 50% higher than the 2003 AD value to a quantity of about 135 expected for 2006 AD. This may be verified later.

§          Then similarly the quantity should go to over 200 three years future for 2009 AD.

§         This may or may not follow, for we have already seen significant quakes that jogged our sensibilities -- making us realize that indeed the “terra-firma” is seemingly leading the “parade” for the End-Time.      

           ·        We saw the trend start some years ago, which clearly noted that we are heading into the End-Time, now we understand this in a big way. Now we need to be alert to what the End-Time will present to us.

·        Per Daniel 12:4, as we had seen a major increase in knowledge, we understood we were at the start of the End-Time.  (This start date was about 1948 – incidentally the same time Israel became a Nation).

·        Now, we see in Matt. 24:7 where earthquakes ‘star’ along with famines and pestilences.

·        Although there is no set time base for this, yet the chronology is well established – pegging “the beginning of sorrows” as having already started!

Yes: Pray and “Study to show yourself approved of God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”

The opportunities are every where – the challenges ever present!
