SECURE SEAT BELTS!!!

             YES, trust you have your seat belt secured, for we are in a most dynamic, interesting and challenging time: – on one hand we are deeply involved with outreach to the NATIONS: what a blessing to see the Nationals “doing it” (reaching millions of their own with the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ) via The Cassette Discipleship Program (CDP); -- on the other hand we are seeing dramatic End-Time activities and scriptures (that we have monitored for many years) blending as never before!  We see these activities to the Nations and the urgency for End-Time information as being all of one incredible dynamic --   one pacing the other to the finish line.

            We’ll share some of these End-Time thoughts with you later in this newsletter. -- AND, of course we all prayed for the USA 2008 AD election of our President -- and many important other issues. It is great to be secure in HIM, for He it is that puts up and takes down rulers!! – gives us assurances and leads us into all wisdom and understanding as needed.  Remember, the Holy Spirit also: “convicts of Sin, Righteousness and Judgment to come”. 

            “Back at the ranch” – CDP progress is being made in several areas – National leaders and related Village Evangelists (VEs) remain dedicated -- committed to reach all their Villagers by the end of 2010 AD.  PTL they report great progress (YES, thousands of precious souls being reached!).

Troy Majeska – Audio/Digital/Processing Set Report

             Troy and his wife Hong (Troy Majeska is our VP-Audio Engineering) arrived from Viet Nam – they are expecting their first child in March – remember to pray for them -- she needs an extended Visa to allow their child to be born here in the USA. It seems legal Visas are tough to get – but it is still easy to avoid by coming across our southern border!

            Troy has located some very good and inexpensive audio equipment that uniquely fits our down-sized ‘Recording Studio’ application. 

            While Pastor Prince Paul Konu was here, Troy trained Pastor Paul on the equipment, along with the related written procedure, to allow Pastor Paul to train his technical people when he gets back to Ghana. The desire here is to both train Pastor Paul as well as to perfect the procedure for use in other areas and countries. The system includes an inexpensive computer and a very ‘smart’ microphone. This allows even field recording with digitization to provide up to four channels to be edited via the computer to form the desired four-voice dialog-story-telling audio presentations. Within this capability, the digital signals are screened and edited to remove undesired noise, thereby providing high quality sound recordings.

            Pray with us – because this audio set needs to be replicated soon for use in eight or ten countries (about $6,500.00 for ten sets of equipment), and eventually to have one or more in each CDP country (perhaps $120,000.00 for 185 sets).  It may be required for Troy to travel to several country installations to be sure the Procedure is accurate and ‘friendly to new countries. We expect to use e-mail and phone prompting to assure each country fully understands and applies the Procedure for their best results -- this in lieu of expensive travel to these countries.

            It is noteworthy that there are other players that have become available – these are being evaluated and may be applied at some later date as our recording set and messages are available and ready to be applied to some specific countries in the future.  Each player has some similarity with the others, but generally they differ in various basic capabilities and in programming requirements. For now, the AMBASSADOR Unit is the player of choice for our field use.

            Pastor Prince Paul Konu has been here with us for the last few weeks – here primarily to update and challenge us at our past Annual Report Dinner on Sept. 29th – but, also for important discussions which have brought out some very important facts about providing equipment to the mission fields.  In particular, in reviewing the CDP-Ghana data, from 2007 AD to date, we discovered that VEs with both player and bike were over 12 times as effective as those with only the player. This was a dynamic fact which has caused us to reevaluate our provisioning policy where players only have been the first order of provision. It costs three times as much for player and bike, but is 12 times as effective!

            The audio player bridges the literacy problem, while the bike bridges the distance challenge. Both are important, but the distance problem seems to pose the greater obstacle to reaching the lost. Taking this to the both limits (i.e., without a player), one can see that even without the player, where they are ministering to a given level of affectivity, the bicycle can even then be a most meaningful help in reaching the lost!

            Pastor Konu’s Trip to Jackson    With Pastor Prince Paul Konu here in the states, we decided to route him home via Jackson, Mississippi to allow his dynamic story to impact that area which Jim Ford had ‘warmed up’ to the Cassette Discipleship Program (CDP) about a month ago. Feedback so far has been most positive – he was received very well at both Saturday evening and Sunday services, as well as on a five minute interview on a local television program. He also talked with several key individuals before flying home to Ghana, Africa. Pray that the Lord will indeed open eyes and hearts to the immense potential of these CDP ministries in reaching out to the Lost that are basically forgotten and ignored.

 End-Time Considerations -- Matt. 24

                So often we hear people talking about the End-Time – and, things certainly are happening that point to it – where, this and that situation seems to point to it. Actually, it would seem we can’t have much time left!

               Sure, I hear and feel their concern – and even more I see scripture pointing up some facts that seem to demand a hearing – things that seem to fit into this frenzy of thought!

               For instance, we see and believe Jesus in Matthew 24, when He prophesized the End-Time events so clearly – noting that the various events will follow one another, this one after that one, etc. – noting especially in Mat 24:15  “When ye therefore shall see the Abomination of Desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:).”  DAH – whosoever readeth Daniel!!!???!!!

             Guess what – reading Daniel, we find several references to the Abomination of Desolation: one is Dan 9:27 “And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week:  and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreadingof abominations he shall make [it] desolate, even until  the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.”

            Carefully studying this last passage, we see that the “one week” is the 70^th week of Daniel, and both the end of sacrifice and Abomination of Desolation occur at the center/midst of the week! This highlights the fact that the 70^th week of Daniel is not the Tribulation, but rather, when reflected back to Matthew 24:15, we see that the Great Tribulation starts after the Abomination of Desolation occurs!  

WOW!!!  The 70^th week of Daniel includes the Beginning of Sorrows, the Daily Sacrifice ceasing, the Abomination of Desolation, and the start of the Great Tribulation – in that chronological order, starting at the center of the week!

      Also, looking to the end of Daniel: Dan 12:11 “And from the time [that] the daily [sacrifice] shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, [there shall be] a thousand two hundred and ninety days.”

      Dan 12:12 “Blessed [is] he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days.”

      Carefully studying and delineating the related time line, one finds the following: This all built around and in the 70^th Week of Daniel: (you will have to: ”Study to show  yourself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed,  rightly dividing the word of truth”.

Earthquakes

            As we consider the End-Time situation, we must be aware that earthquakes play a significant  role in pinpointing or pacing the other related activities that Jesus delineated in Matthew 24, in particular:

        Mat 24:4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

        Mat 24:5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

        Mat 24:6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all [these things] must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

        Mat 24:7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.

       Mat 24:8 All these [are] the beginning of sorrows.

                Actually, as we have noted, in previous Newsletters, the rate of quakes from 1975 has generally increased by 50% every third year, “screeching” to 90 quakes by 2003 – a very significant and nearly predictable growth.  This is certainly ‘text book’ (from The Book) stuff, right in line with the famines and pestilences notations of Matthew 24.  These phenomena seem to place us just ahead of the Matthew 24:8 “Beginning of Sorrows” point in the End-Time line-up that Jesus provides.

                Yet, there are other key events that must precede these points, so we should perhaps yet look for heightened activity in quakes, famines and pestilences in the next few years to decade. 

                You see, there is a pre-cursor period which Ezekiel describes, based upon Daniel’s  delineation of the Daily Sacrifice, which Ezekiel carefully defines in Ezekiel 45 thru 48, where the Prince of Israel is stated to start  this important sacrifice, following Israel getting a small southern part of Lebanon, then dividing their land into equal tribal sections after allotting a large central section for God’s Oblation area, then celebrating the Passover as a nation on a 14^th day of the  first month of the new year,  then repeating that sacrifice 6-months later, and this followed by the Daily Sacrifice’s 2,300 day period. YES, this amazingly establishes the End-Time Time-Line – providing an unmistakable chronology that only needs the starting point for the Daily Sacrifice to be placed irrevocably in our calendar of events.

The pre-cursor Time-Line then looks like this, can be added to the line diagram provided above:
