Dear Outreacher: 

      Half of the World’s Population -- Needs to hear of JESUS!   We are in a life and death struggle – Indeed, an eternal life or death battle!  It involves that half of the World’s population which has been ignored and really forgotten?  Yes, those out in the “boonies”. Actually, -- Those so deeply under the control of Satan!

Yet, Jesus LOVES them and died for them also!  PTL He has given us an effective way to reach these vast areas of the World. It is now a
powerful and growing Global Network called the Cassette Discipleship Program (CDP). It involves thousands of Village Evangelists (VEs):
who, with their national leaders (as well as we in the USA) are all VOLUNTEERS.

Most VEs are ministering without audio players and bicycles – but, with players they reach effectively 6 times as many Villagers as without
players. Players cost about $50.00 and Bicycles about $100.00 to make them even 12 times more effective, solving the distance problem.

We see the VEs, even without equipment,  working very hard (they are so dedicated), and they have seen some great results in terms of
Villagers brought to Jesus, in amazingly large quantities. Yes, the harvest is ripe!

For instance, our poster-board group in Ghana,  Africa saw just the EWE language group harvest over 300,000 precious souls to Jesus just
in 2007 AD, and now both the FRAFRA and TWI language groups are also starting to see remarkable results.

This brings us to our BOTTOM-LINE NEED:  FUNDS FOR AUDIO PLAYERS AND BICYCLES to allow all VEs, past, present and future to be enabled with equipment.

Donations are needed in any amount, but understand that for each group of 4,000 VEs to reach out to about 40-Million Villagers it takes up to $1-Million to fully fund their equipment needs –
The total World-wide need could be a s much as four or five baseball player’s salaries! Where are we in the CDP Process?

FIRST: We are being so blessed, as we are getting reports almost daily that are so very encouraging! – And, in most cases, the progress is at or approaching the total quantities of VEs needed to effectively reach all those Villagers, that otherwise are forgotten and ignored, before
the end of 2010 AD.

SECOND: As we continue to seek ways and means to get all the VEs equipped with players and bikes, we note that the Lord has blessed the current outreach even though not optimally equipped!

THIRD: It is wonderful how our Lord blesses the grass roots approach of CDP – allowing the VEs to be very effective soul winners despite the lack of equipment – “shades of early Christian era”, where they went in the power of the Holy Spirit – didn’t have players or bikes – yet turned the then known World upside down! I think we are seeing a revisiting of those wonderful days – with the Holy Spirit empowering to the uttermost! PTL Indeed!!!

FOURTH: A case in point, the latest report from CDP-Nigeria indicates that almost 5,000 VEs are trained and ministering and another group of almost 6,000 VEs are in training! The total of all VEs will bring their outreach level to about 10,000 VEs, which, as each VE is reaching out to about 10,000 Villagers, we see that they will soon have the potential to reach out to about 100-Million, which is close to the total number that has been projected for CDP concern there in Nigeria..

FIFTH: All the above is testimony to the wonderful thing the Lord has wrought in and through dedicated and committed groups of Nationals World-Wide. Yes, they have been EMPOWERED to be autonomous, entrusted to carry the Word of Life and Light to their own Lost and Dying Villagers – which they are doing most effectively!

SIXTH: With 2010 AD approaching very rapidly, all CDP-Countries must review their own progress and seek to get back on track, especially if they are not very close to their Estimated Time of Arrival at their critical operational number of VEs – roughly, this number is the country’s Villager population divided by 10,000 (for each VE’s responsibility).

SEVENTH: The urgency and imperative that we feel seems to confirm our concern to get the CDP task completed by the end of 2010 AD. So, where the emphasis has been to have the VEs first minister without equipment, and seeing the wonderful results in most cases – we can clearly expect that our Lord will have a special “Well Done” for those that have been so well occupied while waiting on equipment!

EIGHTH: Let us be resting in His Promises – not resting on the Premises! -- remember, how great it will be to see multitudes being welcomed to Heaven by Jesus that you and I had a part in pointing to Him!! – And, Oh Yes, it will be worth it all, WHEN WE SEE JESUS!

Where Are We in the End-Time

Almost everyone in Christian /circles’ are talking about the End-Time and the possible soon return of Jesus! Even some news paper articles and other secular publications are picking up on this challenging theme – paced by a myriad of ‘bad news’ generally rampant in the world at this time.

We of course have pressed this issue many times in the last year or so – sensing that our Father-God has placed our CDP Global Network perfectly, right in time to be an effective part of taking the gospel to all of the developing country’s villages that otherwise are ignored and forgotten souls. Remember, that involves over half of the World’s population.

But, too, it is early to set definitive calendar dates on these activates, -- but keep alert to Israel – it all really starts when her Daily Sacrifice starts!! This, after: 1) They get the Southern part of Lebanon, 2) Divide the Land, 3) Start the Passover as a Nation, 4) Repeat the ‘Passover’ six months latter, 5) Soon THEN the Daily Sacrifice lasts for 2300 days!
 

   In particular:     Reviewing Matthew 24: 14,
-- For now, see the NATIONS Outreach Potential:

• CDP-Ghana reports having over 4,200 VEs ministering – these close to being capable of reaching all of Ghana’s villagers with HIS precious Good News!

• CDP-Nigeria reports 4,663 active VEs and another 5,910 in training – all to reach five major language groups with about 100-Million villagers, again, close to full needed complement of VEs.

• CDP-Liberia has over 400 VEs geared to reach all of Liberia’s villagers!

• CDP-India and CDP-China each have Districts or Regions which present large challenges. Fortunately, there yet remains over three growth periods to achieve their 64-to-one growth potential, before the end of 2010 AD!

• CDP-Russia, CDP-Indonesia, CDP-Europe, CDP-Africa and CDP-South America have not been heard from for inclusion in the above tally.

Please note that the above reported results have been attained largely without equipment – really ‘going in the power of the Holy Spirit’, even as in Bible days! Pray for all these dedicated leaders, supervisors and VEs.

The impact of these reported activities are tremendous – pointing to and energizing all our National groups to hasten the remaining tasks at hand – each autonomously required to scope-out each of their countries or regions completion ‘paths’.

It is most interesting that we can actually see that this tremendous task can be completed as scheduled – but will still need a number of true ‘miracles’ soon!

Keep in mind that the final years and months prior to December 2010 AD actually increase the level of ‘work’ needed by the VEs, since there is ever a widening number of converts and churches – bringing the discipleship of new believers to a growing level of concern and care!

We and our affiliate Country leaders are all dedicated to see this task to completion – hopefully by the end of 2010 AD (at least having all VEs completely equipped by then).

YES – we are truly in the most challenging and interesting time of all times – right NOW!!!

         As we approach the finish line – sensing that indeed time is short – we literally ache to see our VEs all equipped to harvest to the fullest! That all will hear – all have the opportunity for eternal life.

Remember -- The bottom line of life is JESUS –
Don’t leave this World without HIM!!!
