Dear Outreacher: 

We are looking forward to seeing you at the REPORT DINNER on the 26^th of October 2009 – at the Sizzler in Fullerton, 1401 N. Harbor Blvd at 6:30 pm.  We will be blessed to have CDP-Ghana Coordinator, Pastor Prince Paul Konu here – we know you will be challenged and blessed as you join us!

             Our theme for the REPORT DINNER is also our imperative: TO FINISH STRONG AND WELL--reaching those that otherwise are ignored and forgotten peoples!

             You will recall that Pastor Paul of Ghana and the whole CDP-Ghana team have been very blessed, literally reaching hundreds of thousands of precious ones that Christ died for!  In fact, in 2007 alone, you will recall, they reported over 300,000 coming to Jesus and continuing under discipleship and in new home churches.—and this continues even as they too press to finish strong and well.

             We will all be blessed as Pastor Paul shares their challenges and blessings. He will take us right into the process, so we can really see and understand just how amazing the CDP process really is. We will get insights as to how it is being implemented by our leaders in many countries out into the “boonies”. This is where the Village Evangelists (VEs) minister so effectively as they witness of their own salvation to others, and as they “Story-Tell” the scripted messages from their heart of hearts—even without other aids, even as the disciples did in Jesus time!  PTL, how effective their very ‘grass roots’ messages are!

 It is interesting that in just the last few months, and weeks, and even days for some, we are seeing  other countries coming into the CDP family—yes, more and more see the great benefits in the CDP process. Sierra Leone, Ivory Coast, Togo, Sudan, North India, Eastern India, and Pakistan are all fairly new startups!  Please pray regularly for these new groups, that they will get a firm start with in-depth leadership, but are always seeking the Lord’s leading and direction to effectuate their whole activity in and under the Holy Spirit’s empowering.

             Within all of our CDP-Countrys’ activities, there is always a specter of Satan’s wiles being exercised and often deeply challenging the CDP outreach. This is particularly true wherever there is a prominent Fanatic Muslim population. Typically, Northern Nigeria has pressed our CDP-Nigeria groups, particularly as they have ventured farther north right into the “eye of the storm”! Our VEs were harassed, beaten and chased from Northern Nigeria last year, and have just recently re-established their outreach up there this past month or two.  Pray for our Brother Evangelist Paul Mba and team as they go about to reestablish outreach in those key and challenging areas

            Noteworthy, there have been hundreds of killings in the Sudan, just North of Kenya in just the last 60 days. --There are some killings on almost any given day, and August and early September was quite active. Actually, we have been trying to get first hand information from reliable sources---hoping then to assuage any fears we may entertain. Even so, you will recall that our CDP-Kenya Coordinator (Evan .Joel Atuti) has been working for months with a Sudanese group headed up by Pastor Moses Tutu (a Sudanese pastor), and reported that 180 VEs are already ministering!  PTL and may our Lord keep them safe -- even as they apparently are ministering right there in the heart of Satan’s cauldron.  Please pray fervently for them!!  Are you remembering to pray for all CDP leaders and VEs every day at 6:00 pm?

YES PRAY FERVENTLY!!!

·        We still have communication problems with CDP-China.  However, right now, our CDP AMBASSADOR OF GOOD WILL, Mr. Andy Liu, is in Singapore and hopes to meet with CDP-China representatives in Hong Kong or Beijing.  Hopefully we will see added visibility and communications resulting!  Remember, at our last update, some six to eight months go, they reported having 7,500 VEs ministering! This would generally allow for outreach to about 70 million villagers where each VE has the responsibility to reach out to about 10,000 villagers. Ultimately, their target is right at 700 million villagers that are in their long range cross hairs!

 ·        FINISHING WELL implies that we will be able to at least provide all ministering VEs with their needed equipment (audio players and bikes) on/before the ed of 2010. Recall that the audio players ($50 each) help bridge the literacy problems and the bikes ($100 each) help solve the distance challenges.  The ultimate need is arguably for some 150,000 sets of equipment for the VEs and another 1.5 million audio players for the growing house churches throughout the CDP Global Network.

·        With the insecurity we feel rising up all over the World, it is not unlikely that at some time we will not be able to sustain contact or assistance to our national leaders and VEs. At that time, we want them to be as proactive and autonomous as possible – keeping on keeping on—this is an important part of our operating strategy. Yet, we know that nothing or no one can do anything that has not cleared our Father-God – it is His program, we know too that He cares and will see that all needed donors will share to meet these national needs! A thoughtful note on China – they may have crossed into that “no help possible” zone, -- for in effect they are on their own and/or with others for needed equipment unless communication is re-established with us!

            ·        CDP-North India is yet embryo, seeking a solid birthing to effectuate the CDP process there in that heavily Islamized area of India. Pray that the Lord’s man will soon be blessed in starting the CDP activities there amidst a prominently fanatic Muslim venue. Truly the need is great – there are arguably some 400 million villagers there that need to hear about Jesus – who otherwise are essentially ignored and forgotten peoples! – Yes, where millions are multiplying that need the Savior!

See the separate color insert.  It successfully obtains improved access while maintaining the entire “how to do CDP” features of which our CDP teams around the world are familiar and find most useful. The launch date is imminent and should be on-line even as you read this missive.

It does a good job of directing you to your areas of interest! Go ahead –

TO FINISH WELL – TO FINISH STRONG

            Ideally, where we desire to FINISH WELL AND STRONG – it will take some special considerations – with the remaining time being a primary consideration as we have said in previous newsletters.

            The remaining time, of course, is at this time known only to our Father-God, but He has given us some key guidelines and expectations – these allow us to establish some workable guidelines which may be a little ahead of HIS time, but provide a cushion for conservatively helping the nationals to finish their outreach.

            Where they are all VOLUNTEERS (even as we are) they are really encouraged when equipped with audio player and bicycle.  Even with the VEs doing quite well, even in face of the lack of equipment and adequate programmatic overhead support, yet, FINISHING WELL means providing all VEs with the capability to be most effective—this means providing audio players and bicycles.

            At this time, all national leaders are being encouraged to keep on keeping on multiplying – eveven without equipment, but, please PRAY with us and them, for the opportunity to optimize the VE’s outreach--providing them their needed equipment. How much funding is needed?—well, you can do the math, where some 150,000 VEs need equipment costing about $150/VE. This would be a good start—allowing THE Holy Spirit to control.

            So then, as we see society world-wide careening into the expanding Islamic abyss, we sense that our Father-God is preparing us for End-Time situations which will start Israel’s “by the day” clock!”   Yes, watch what is happening and will happen in Israel—realizing that they are God’s time piece for the End-Time. Expectations run high, by many Christians, that we are in the End-Time and Israel’s clock soon will start ticking off its 2300 day sacrifice period.

            Of particular note is the start of the Daily Sacrifice, for it sets it all on our calendar as never before. But, scripture says that this cannot start until the Whole House of Israel is back in the land with King David as their King and Prince forever.  This can be proved if you “study to show yourself approved of God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of truth.” For a start, go to Matthew 24, Daniel 9:27, Ezekiel 37, and Ezekiel 45-48.

            As for our CDP activities, this says two things: 1) Expect God to do what He has said in His Word.  2)  Note that then, all will live in non-modern roles, where apparently all wars are relegated to use of swords and shields, riding on horses, etc.

            We now see through a glass darkly, yet, we see enough to know that it is soon to be upon us – and we now have an opportunity to get a jump on helping to reach the Nations by as early as possible to provide all VEs with their needed equipment s noted above.

            So, as Watchmen on the wall – if we don’t act to warn, then their blood will be on our hands!  However, if we (you and I) act to cover their equipment needs (allowing them to effectively reach those they should) then we will be blessed and not guilty of their blood! Certainly we don’t want to be guilty of not helping the VEs to be as effective as they can be?

We are seeing good progress in our M/E International Group of Countries – all moving steadily with growth characteristics as needed to finish really well these next few years.  Although they are doing quite well, considering that less than 10% of the VEs have equipment (players and bikes), we want to see that they are given every opportunity to reach all – to give all the opportunity to hear and believe – believe to receive everlasting life!!

          Pray with us regularly every evening at 6:00 PM – that all will hear, believe and receive!!  Yes, -- we are seeing our Father-God move in wonderful and powerful ways to protect and empower – so join us to ask Him to touch millions of precious souls – remember,  Jesus died for them too!
