Dear Outreacher: 

         As most of our CDP GLOBAL NETWORK countries are geared to finish well – realizing that our original planned ETC (Estimated Time to Complete) is only a few months away, we are still seeing new interested countries coming into the program.  In general these are smaller countries which can get up to speed in a year or two and will more easily be able to extend their own ETC by effectively working deeper “into the ‘night’ when no man can work!”  With this in mind, we are here projecting a ‘worst case’ scenario situation which means we can hope to have more time than noted here!

            When that NIGHT arrives, our capability to update the WEBSITE and/or provide any help to our member countries will very likely be impeded!  We certainly will maintain our help as long along as possible.

           With that in mind, our present EMPOWERED country leaders, being already operating autonomously, are prepared to just carry on as usual until they are essentially forced to stop ministering by powers that be!  This is an important part of our operating plan, so, as the forces of evil place severe constraints on our country leaders and VEs, we must leave them in our Father-God’s hands, where each handles their own affairs and/or demise, even as the forces of anti-Christ become more and more oppressive and restrictive!

           Right now we are very encouraged, with the progress in most of our country CDP Programs, being quite confident that each will finish well and provide their own level of handling the pressures expected during those End-Time situations.  We are so pleased that the Lord has laid these processes on the hearts of each of these country groups--providing them a strong and mature stance for our Lord!

      With this felt need becoming more real by the day, we are seeing the national leaders and VEs becoming more and more determined—most trusting the sovereignty of our God and standing firmly, thoroughly equipped with His mighty armor of Faith. Up to now this has been largely theoretical, but from here on out will become part and parcel of their very being as they take their stand for their Lord, in the way of those yet needing to hear, believe and receive The Lord Jesus Christ!

         We can expect to suffer casualties, even accelerating as the man of Sin comes on the scene with ever increasing power and intent to do away with all Christians and Israelis–seeking to defeat God’s plan and purposes. It is expected to be a most difficult and trying time--most being killed for their Faith----but remember, God has special blessings for those killed for His sake!  Yes, a terrible yet glorious time, leading to the rapture of all believers (dead and living) to our Lord in the air!  At that time it will not just be academic, it will be the real thing!!!

          It is interesting to hear  that many of our VEs are so very committed to the strong sovereignty of our God, -- knowing that nothing or nobody can touch them outside of His perfect will! It is this determination and commitment that allows us to be secure, knowing that the OUTREACH job will be accomplished in His time.

         We strongly sense the responsibility of the “watchman on the wall” syndrome, desiring that all have the opportunity to hear, not leaving any gaps in the wall of outreach intentionally or accidentally!

        We don’t want to accrue the blood of anyone on our team—being faithful to His plan and call on our individual or collective lives!

      Where are we in the overall process? –where are the weak points? – What can we do to help them most significantly?  The chart  provides a fairly comprehensive overview of the CDP GLOBAL NETWORK participants – and clearly shows both the strength and the weakness of the various country networks—in particular, there is a general need for bicycles for all of the VEs to help them solve the required distance problems that now take so long by foot!

(Note: This represents outreach to approximately half of the developing-countries villagers – the other half of the countries is under the Coordination of the CDP-Cameroon group).

Several functional groups of VEs, as:

1.  The reported number of VEs ministering (Total: 20,393 VEs). Includes China at a reported quantity of 7,500 as of mid 2009.  Should be to about 22,000, although no factual report is available at this time.

 2.   The reported number of Candidate VEs training with ministering VEs is: 10,913.  

 3.   One Outpost (of 20 VEs) is projected in training per new startup country or new region (Total: ‘1,040’ VEs). These will be confirmed and updated as reports come in from each country.

 4.   The M/E CDP GLOBAL NETWORK – Country Information

 The information presented in the following chart is designed to help us visualize the present progress in meeting the challenge to reach the otherwise ignored and forgotten villagers of the developing countries of the world!

5.     Making great progress on Audio/Digital Recording and Programming Unit

New recording equipment, now available commercially, is allowing us to have a much improved audio system very economically.  Troy Majeska, our VP-Audio Engineering, notes major improvement of even poor to bad audio recordings.  This portends soon having field recording/programming/player-loading capability. There is a need for funding this important equipment for each country of use and later to each major language center.  Initially we need about $20,000 for 10 systems!

6.     Initiating various activities with 'Orality' and 'Simply The Story' groups.

Although we have been deeply involved with audible teaching methods for many decades, we are always open to other approaches and ideas such as

  finding some interesting areas of cooperation and sharing. It is interesting that our methods are still viable and very effective in the CDP GLOBAL NETWORK operations.

7.    CDP-Liberia desiring to finish well and strong.

Our CDP-Liberia Coordinator, Evangelist J. Aaron Wright, is mounting a monitoring visit to all of their Outposts in Liberia – seeking to better apply the 3-to-1 On-The-Job training process.  With 380 VEs ministering, they are rapidly approaching their total complement of VEs that is needed to finish strong and well there in Liberia! He estimates a need for travel funds of about $1,800  to complete  the desired monitoring trips. 

 8.     CDP-India seeking up-dated methods to reach the masses of India.

Dr. Jebasingh, our co-worker and coordinator for CDP-India, has been developing a video based process to help bridge the Outreach gap that they find in India. He is seeking to deploy their very considerable media team talents to accomplish this major breakthrough in communication to the lost in their villages. They have already established many key players in this process, seeking to solve both the technical as well as funding requirements locally. Pray for this revolutionary and challenging

 9.      CDP-India/North is being established and we are expecting an update report soon.

With CDP-India covering the southern states of India, there has been interest by two other groups to help expedite the Northern and Eastern regions. In the north, a group has indicted that they will take on the challenge of that mainly Muslim area—seeking to allow all to hear about Jesus and his great Love. Pray that this northern group will find real blessing in serving the Lord in that important area of India! 

10.    CDP-India/East has been established

The eastern region of India, primarily covered by West Bengali, represents about 40-million ignored and forgotten villages.  The CDP work has started and needs to gain traction to initiate the first Outposts so that  the needed growth can be attained on a timely basis. It is a difficult area, fraught with influences that

are not agreeable to the Gospel message.  Pray that the Holy Spirit will provide and protect as they stand firmly on the sovereignty of our Father-God.
