Dear Outreacher: 

·       We have arrived to the year 2010 (so quickly it would seem). In 2004, we purposely set 2010 as our best EDA (Estimated Date of Arrival) for all countries to reach their own ignored and forgotten villagers.

 ·     As 2010 arrived, we noted that the world’s political, social, and religious postures seemingly have “exploded.” In reviewing our original projections, we have determined that our best ploy is now to encourage all countries to continue to multiply their VE base to accommodate for finishing their outreach as soon as possible. We, at M/E Intl., will provide all the equipment and support possible as the Lord provides the funding.

 ·      Earthquakes are increasing, bringing havoc to Haiti and Chile. Yes, we are in the Matthew 24 chronological “count down,” in or near the early “Beginning of Sorrows” period (see: Vs: 24:8). ext, “we are to be afflicted and killed.”  Actually, even now Christians are “open season” targets for ridicule, hate crimes, and mass killings all over the world! Note, this is all before the Tribulation starts (see: Vs: 24: 21).

·        So, at or near the Beginning of Sorrows period, we can now expect increased hatred of Christ and His followers all over the World.

·        This insight is causing us to tighten our planning and focus on “Finishing the task” to the Nations SOON!—if not SOONER! 

·        Jesus’ prophesy of Matthew 24 is chronological; it does not give us a firm tie point to our calendar. However, Jesus tells us to go to Daniel the Prophet (Matthew 24:15) about the Abomination of Desolation.  Daniel 9:27 deals with the 70^th week of Daniel, showing us clearly that in the midst of the 70^th week, the sacrifice will cease and the overspreading of abominations will continue to  the end of the Tribulation period. Then the Wrath of God “spanks” the whole house of  Israel (See also Ezekiel 37).

·   This 70^th week information is potent giving us mid to final time-line correction for God’s End-Time events.

·  Not just prophetic parlance, it is specific guidance for our outreach to the Nations. How is that?  Well, Matthew 24:14 ties outreach to the Nations right to the end of preaching (which will be the Rapture so called).

·        We now see the End-Time Time-Line developing from a merging of the Matthew 24 and Daniel 12:11-12 scriptures.

·        To obtain the End-Time Time-Line, we need the Daily Sacrifice (DS) reference period in Daniel’s prophesy (see Dan. 8:13-14 following) and more fully defined in Ezekiel’s prophesy (see Ezekiel 45:21-25 below). 

·   From these scriptures, we see that the DS is 2300 days long and is started by the Prince of Israel after the “Passover” is repeated. By the way, the “first” Passover ties it all firmly to our calendar.

·        These scriptures are the very heart of the End-Time Time-Line. They provide very poignant imperatives for reaching the Nations and alerting true Christians of dire and blessed coming events, admonishing one to stand and not fall away as many will do without this consoling information.  

 As we take inventory of the CDP GLOBAL NETWORK, we see a fantastic network of dedicated leaders and committed VEs that is surging forward under the On-the-Job Training process that has proved to be such a boon to the related growth.

           We of M/E Intl now have well over 20,000 VEs reported ministering to about 200 million villagers; yet, most of these VEs still need equipment not to mention our desire to also enable the growing churches with audio players.  They all need good sound doctrinal teaching and messages  to help  them grow in their Savior’s love and plan.

 Several of our Country Groups’ Report:

CDP-Ghana    

           CDP-Ghana under Pastor Prince Paul Konu is still leading the pack in terms of nearing the finish line. Here is a recent communiqué from Pastor Konu, noting both blessings of salvation and baptism as well as some very specific needs

CDP-Nigeria

            CDP-Nigeria continues under full steam to establish and develop the CDP Global Network in all the remaining 38 States and Regions.

            The latest word indicates that key leadership is being established, and we have encouraged each one to soon initiate their QUESTIONNAIRE. This allows us to best help them as they attack the many tasks that are needed to be started and completed over the next six to 12 months.  Then their part of the network can get underway and grow effectively as they apply the proven On-the-Job Training and other key processes.

            We have already received one Questionnaire from CDP-Plateau State noting the steering committee members and other related startup activities. .Each of these State groups in Nigeria have ignored and forgotten peoples that need to be reached.  On an average, they need to reach about two million villagers.  This will require about 200 VEs and perhaps two or three years to accomplish, if they are able to follow the lead of most of our other country groups.

CDP-TOGO

CDP-Togo is getting a good start, where Pastor Prince Paul Konu of CDP-Ghana was able to both mentor them as well as provide Ewe language messages for their use.  Twenty audio players are in process for them.

CDP-BENIN

CDP-Benin Is another country close to Ghana, and Pastor Prince Paul Konu has mentored them as well. They will need audio players and Bibles in the future.

CDP-KENYA

CDP-Kenya at last report had 5,400 VEs across Kenya with another 5,600 going to ten special areas of need. We trust we will have added information for you soon.

CDP-CHINA

CDP-China remains a bit of a dilemma since communication has been cut off.  We are making efforts to contact them through others there in China, as well as initiating backup CDP-China leaders. Pray that we may have an opportunity to help reach out to that great country, which has some 700 million that need to be reached!

CDP-INDIA

CDP-India is now planning a new thrust via media groups that are providing video films and players to allow many remote areas to be reached. North India is coming under special scrutiny by a group that is already in place there and sees CDP as a viable way to reach those so ignored and forgotten. Also, another group is in startup mode in east India which is centered on West Bengali. There are some 30 to 40 million in the ignored/forgotten class that they are targeting. 

Funds needed for Audio Players, Bicycles. and Programmatic Overhead

            As the national groups are focusing on sustaining multiplied growth of their VEs, we in turn desire to  provide equipment and some programmatic support for the VEs.Their increasing number of home churches need a source of good Biblical teaching, We need equipment for almost 20,000 VEs now and will be able to effectively place many  tens of thousands of audio players in future days. Remember, the audio  player costs right at $50 each while the bicycles are $100, The audio players are essential training tools, while the bikes mitigate the distance problems and allow a VE to  reach up to 12 times as many with the Gospel!

            Remember too to pray for the Cameroon CDP activities. They are responsible for the other half of the developing countries’ ignored and forgotten peoples. We hope to be able to get a report about these soon.

IMPERATIVE OF THE END-TIME

            Note that there is an extreme imperative which the End-Time portends. Of course, this is highly dependent upon when the End-Time happens and then how it impacts upon us and the rest of the world. We do know that it is going to happen – we just know in part now—as:

With the CDP GLOBAL NETWORK growing daily – we rejoice that indeed the Nationals are “doing it”. We see a level of dedication and commitment that is truly remarkable and praise worthy!  REMEMBER to PRAY daily at 6:00 PM for all the National leaders, supervisors, and Village Evangelists.  They are at risk almost all the time – facing unbelievable forces at times—yes, PRAY!!
