I.  Accounts:
      A. The Goldstar Computer in the office has a TITHE program with a chart  listing all of the Accounts.  The financial statements per Board Meetings has these as well.
      B.  The main Bank account is with:

       2)  CDP/GIFTS - Wire Transfers sent via:  714-236-3222

        From ECCU with JRF or WDW signature.  Wire transfers are made through Jeba's son in Dubai - his account numbers and bank are in ECCU file.  They are also on the FAX form we use to ECCU: like - FAXECCU2.021 ( for Feb.2001)        Allocations:  Jeba @ $xxx per month (as funds come available).  Cost per WT is $36.00.

GHANA, AFRICA :

Allocations as designated receipts available - less 5%

CENTRAL AFRICA REPUBLIC (CAR):

II.  Donation Checks:   Sequence of events as checks arrive:
     A.  Note  numbered Account listing (found in TITHE program).  Put donor number(s) from list on check face-circled-with noted amounts if more than one.
     B.  Stamp on back of check with Bank's Stamp
     C.  Complete the deposit slip
     D.  Copy of the check and deposit slip for  WDW to enter the computer for receipts - extra copy for tax returns.
     E.  Mail or deposit  - see mailer envelopes in desk drawer.

III.  Director Responsibilities:
      
The board usually has between seven and nine members - each having general directorship responsibilities at board meetings and for general oversight of the corporation.  Any or all board members may be assigned special and or committee activities for future board consideration.  The directors appoint corporate officers, who in turn make staff and other operational assignments for ongoing business activities.

VIII.  India Field Info:

       Generally there are individual manila folders for each new set of pictures/reports received from the field.  The pictures are re-shot on the Digital Camera and a disk with 15 to 17 pictures is available.  These are sometimes stored in the computer under MEI files - generally with a  xxxx.o31 designation to denote month and year (3rd month and 1st year 2001).
